My Purpleport account is set to renew automatically by Purpleport. The trouble is that when my old subscription expired, PayPal took the money from my account but Purpleport did not renew my VIP account & downgraded my account.
My account shows that it is set to auto renew via PayPal and the money has definitely been taken from my account. I raised a customer service ticket with PPT. They put a temporary extension back on my VIP membership but now that temporary extension has ended my account was again down graded to a basic account.
This is really frustrating, if PPT have an auto renew on your account then surely it should maintain your VIP account automatically. Is anyone else having this problem?
I had to open another support ticket as customer services closed my old ticket before checking that my account was properly updated.
