Has anyone purchased Gigapixel 8? I bought it in the hope of removing some of the small movements of lens blur but the raw images are too big to use the software, it stops my Macbook from working and renders it into having to force close the software.
I'm sure its great for smaller images but feel like I should request a refund. Any thoughts?
The maximum output image size from Gigapixel is 32000 pixels on the longest edge. This is a known and long-standing limitation.
If you wanted to remove blur, wouldn't PhotoAI (which includes the Sharpen feature) have been more appropriate? Not that this would have helped you - PhotoAI has the same 32000 pixel limit.
Sensual Art I think a refund is going to be the best policy and maybe a free trial of Photo AI. Cheers
