By day it's fine, or at least has been since 1993, i.e. 70 years after the death of Gustave Eiffel.
By night, on the other hand, it's protected by French Copyright law because of the lighting.
OK, that's simplified, but things are never "easy".

I notice with interest that Ray’s won yesterday’s Respect competition with a photo of the late Queen Elizabeth wearing a hat. Pretty sure I’ve seen a picture of her wearing a hat before. Perhaps the OP has a point. 🤔

I did look for hopes of doing self photography there but it would be impossible I think and I can't see a way down to the Riverside unless you're scrambling which I'm too old for. Lol

The tea room in Autumn at Llanrwst is one of hte most photographed shots in Wales. I'm sure that the shooter put this fab image on the BBC and Purpleport.
