But that's probably a well photographed spot
Not exactly plagiarism to take a photo from the same place as someone else once did. They're obviously not the same picture because the one you posted is obviously much later in autumn.
How do you know that he didn't take the photo? Unless I am being dense which is quite possible.
Surely outdoor locations like this will look the same regardless of who takes them?
Maybe I'm missing the point. I'm tired. It's easy for me to do.
But I also think you could get into trouble for in effect "naming and shaming" someone. If you have a concern, might be better to speak to admin directly.
I dunno, I've probably got completely the wrong end of stick.
The trees look different just to add so surely it's a slightly different time of year that they were taken?

TBH posting someone's picture to a thread and accusing them of plagiarism breaks so many site rules I expect it to buried rather than locked.
Same venue, but different composition and so I would question plagiarism!
It is honestly quite unfair to do this Barney because it's clear from looking at the two photos properly that they were taken at slightly different times of the year as the trees are different.
It's a bit mean to accuse someone of plagiarism when they obviously haven't.
Much-photographed location. Taken from a slightly different position. Taken at a different time of year. No problem!
Maybe that's the best spot to get the bridge and the cottage. Different shots though.

I'm wondering if it's the only safe place to stand.

You can imagine the queue of photographers standing in line waiting for their turn at that spot!

I don't think I've seen your image from a similar spot, nor an image from opposite showing the spot (nor a URL for Google Maps/Streetview//Earth. Might I please?
