That was my thought but heclaims to have photograpohed a UK "celebrity Chloe Khan who has indeed been on cover of Playboy Ukraine.I can link his insta if it's allowed?
So maybe now he's using that fact as a basis for saying to people that he can get them on to the cover of Playboy for a payment of £1000.00. I wonder who actually took Chloe Khan's Playboy pictures?
Talking about Playboy magazine, it turns out that Suzi Quatro was featured as Playmate of the Month at some time in the early 1970s.

I doubt the UKraine version does it to be honest,especially for 5 foot 2 models, but some people cant be told. ;)

I doubt it was some guy in Newcastle but stranger things have happened. She's had one other so far as I can find, in Slovakian issue ,and that shoot was with a Las Vegas photographer.

The thing is, they do.
Maybe not in terms of handing over actual cash...but certainly in terms of financing expensive trips for the "privilege" of appearing in the soft porn website version or the various franchised country specific editions. (As a general rule, with very few exceptions, UK models had no chance of being in the US print version) Perhaps not so much now, but in my time in the industry, certainly models would jump through hoops for a magazine publication. And photographers used to waste thousands trying to be published.

A bit of a google suggests Playboy itself has charged models casting fees at one point; whether they still do doesn't really help those who might fall for this. I never quite understood this; if you need to charge people for "open" castings in order to cover the administration costs, perhaps open castings aren't the right idea. As far as the models are concerned it's worse than speculative work.
