You need the address of the image on that page. In your case it's https://1.prplcdn.com/i/p/861/86154-a1501476288229.jpg?1501476223
In Chrome you get that by right-clicking on the image and choosing "Copy Image Address". Not sure about other browsers.
You then press the Insert/Edit Image button on the toolbar (3rd from right, next to the <> button).
Paste the above address into the "source" field and press & hit OK.
