Best is a difficult question ��. However I’m quite fascinated with adding colour in layers of increasing luminance at the moment. In this shot I have a red base layer, then the projected blue pattern and then on top of those layers, the magenta and yellow edge lights.

Gel bounced off silver board through glass bricks - it worked!

Should have said, I don't know about best, but a technique I like to use sometimes :)

lights on both colors and black and white is amazing when you shape it - deep contrast 

Best? I dunno, but I am pleased with how this turned out. Pretty much what I was looking to do.
