Filter Images

I don't know if this has been suggested before but when I go to look at the recent images I'm mainly looking for specific images (male models) rather than the chronological timeline...

The same happens when I look at FPI images. When I'm looking, I'm looking for specific images rather than chronologically.

Would it be possible to add a filter into recent images and FPI images, so someone can look for specific models?

Let's say for example that if you were looking for models who are all size 8, or models of a specific size, build or even location.....

I don't know if this is doable but it's a suggestion... 🤞😬🤞

That would be entirely dependent on the models being tagged, though?

If you do a PP Search for Account Type "Model", under "Advanced Search" and below the first 5 Tick boxes, the second drop down list is for FPI's where you can specify how many FPIs your are looking for:

Namely, "At least 2 FPIs", "At Least 5 FPIs",  and so on through 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000.

Does that help?

When this has come up before the answer has been that the individual widgets aren't built for each user / session but cached for speed. So to filter out (e.g.) people you've blocked would need a design change and would be slower. Some new custom picture searches to do what you want - yes certainly possible, but whether the powers that be think it's worth it is another matter.

Parkstone Photography I think there's a fair bit of overlap between your suggestion and another one I made recently:

Use the search to narrow down the people you wish to see images for.

Add them to a list or create a new list, keep paging through and adding as needed.

View the list.

Click the "View images" button.

But, I think ultimately, a "view images" based on search criteria is the best solution, rather than adding search opinions to every image collection page.

every day is a school day, I'd never noticed you could view images from a list.
