It isn't the blocked message but the "Ohh, blast! ... 404 ... Page Not Found". Obviously I am logged in or wouldn't have seen the notification.

Usually means they deleted the image/changed their mind 👍🏻
It's been around for years. Not even sure the person who posted it is still on the site lol. Just a ghost in the machine is what I was thinking.
GDSandy Photography The URL in the notification of the image tells you who it was, and from that you can see their profile, and on there when they last logged in.
Another explanation might involve the image having been shared somewhere like a group, and it being liked there.
