Hide a casting in the castings list

I'd like to be able to hide other peoples castings in the castings list.  A bit like being able to hide posts in the Chat widget.  So next to the view button a hide button.  Yes I know I could scroll on past and yes I could block some people's castings.  I don't want to do either of those things.
