So this is a heavy subject however I feel it's super important to talk about and express. 

I am someone who has suffered from narcissist abuse and abuse in many different forms. I also suffer alot from my anxiety and depression. I'm okay and I'm healing but I want to show what I go through in a very powerful, meaningful way which isn't always the easiest for me to do. So I think this will both be healing and meaningful on so many levels. I want it to move people and also speak to people that struggle like me and shows them they aren't alone, what to look out for and how important it is to keep talking.
