LOOKING FOR MODELS FOR CAMERA CLUB (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

We are starting a new camera club in Newport/Cardiff/Caerphilly area, and we are looking for models.

The club aims to recreate the atmosphere of the camera clubs during the sixties (60s) and shoot pin-up UK-style images. We also aim to work with the same equipment from that time: Film cameras and continuous light (no flash).

As an example of the images we aim to take, you can look at models such as Margaret Nolan (Vicky Kennedy), June Palmer and Pamela Green. As you can see, the models have no tattoos and natural bodies.

Editing also will be avoided.

We are looking to shoot 3 levels: Lingerie, topless and full nude.

Participants/photographers will work in the session together (no one-to-one/slots); therefore, models must be comfortable working with groups.

About tattoos, I would like to clarify a little bit this subject as nowadays tattoos are widespread:

For full nude: no tattoos (it does not matter how small or if you think that would be easy to remove them (remember, we will be working with film, no Photoshop).

Topless: No tattoos on the upper body. Depending on the subject or the images' style, they may be acceptable on legs if they will be covered by the costume/clothes.

Lingerie: Tattoos are acceptable as long they are covered by the lingerie/clothes.

The meetings will be organised monthly, not always in the same venue as we will be looking for indoor and outdoor activities.

We will need a photo to select the models, which will not necessarily be nude but without editing.

Also, we must know your rates based on the levels and 3-hour sessions. If travel expenses need to be considered, please add a full figure knowing the area where we will work.

A model release form must be signed.

We are working to start the meetings in January 2025.
