Male and Female Models Call - An Exhibition on mental health for The Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival

We are looking for models to take part in an exhibition on mental health for The Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival

 The images will be displayed at The Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival and feature in the press and other very probably other national and international publications.

We ask model to be involved on a time for photos basis. It is possible that their may be funding for paid opportunities, so do get back to  us with  a link tour portfolio and an indication of your rates.

We hope to take the images over the next few weeks,  ready for the exhibition opening in September. 

The pictures will be displayed at The Mind The Gap Exhibition in Skypark Glasgow and will almost certainly feature in the Glasgow times and other national and international publication. The exhibition will tour and be displayed in a number of venues throughout the year. 

This weekend we are looking for a female model, who is, or can look mid 30’s or early 40s 

In the image we wish to create you would be portraying a woman who presents well and is, on the surface, successful. She is a teacher who is well dressed, married with children and fulfilled. 

You would be working alongside another female model depicting the cousin who is not so well presented and strugles openly with her mental health. We want to highlighting the contrast between the two women who have issues with their mental health, but present very differently, thus emphasising that not everyone who suffers from poor mental health is obvious.

 All images will be accompanied with a narrative given to us from the people being represented by the models in the pictures.
