It’s raining when, hallelujah

It looks as though this summer is going to be a wet one, so, rather than sit indoors staring bleakly out of the window dreaming of sun soaked let’s just do soaked. 
I'm looking for someone with a dance background (or can pose to bluff proficiency) to do a celebration of the English summer. Gene Kelly did it on a lamp post so I’m thinking anywhere you can project energy and a joie de vivre. 
you get tired and wet, I curse raindrops on my lens and whinge about camera electronics and water being incompatible whilst you produce magic of cinematic proportions.

I should point out that, whilst I state this is SFW, style I was looking for was torn jeans and vest top, bodysuit or leotard. When these get wet (particularly if it's cold) there is a chance that nipples will protrude through fabric..... this brings a touch of subtle sexiness but please don't apply if this is beyond your levels.
