Hey!
We run a life drawing event in Birmingham called The Speakeasy Sketch Club. We basically pair an evening of drawing a fabulous model with a cocktail. The next event is the 4th of July and we are on the look out for a model with a retro aesthetic and American clothes (A stars and strip swimsuit, or corset, etc) we plan on staging it like a Gil Elvgren painting. The cocktail will probs be a Cosmopolitan - still deciding.
Ideally we're looking for a midlands based model as it makes it easier for transport costs, but if willing to travel we can pay reasonable travel costs.
We pay £50 for roughly 1:45hr of poses but you'll be with us for about 3hrs if you include arrival and socialising afterwards - which we encourage.
We feed and water you and as an extra incentive, draw a studio piece of art for you. probably by me.
