I currently have a vacancy to join my studio share for a photography studio in Ancoats Manchester.
There is a large 13m x 7.5m space with...
* Photography backgrounds + 6 studio lights + modifiers,
* A welcome area for coats / shoes / bags,
* Tea and coffee making facilities for up to 30 people,
* A makeup area and full length mirror,
* Flexible changing area,
* Chill-out area, and
* Secure storage.
The sharing arrangement is myself + 5 photographers. We coordinate bookings using a Google calendar and have some fair usage rules to ensure everyone gets good usage.
Cost is £132 / month and I ask for a 1 month deposit which pays your last months rent to ensure that I am given a months notice. That's it. All inclusive.
