Model(s) wanted for expanding my portfolio and experience.

Good afternoon, I'm a photographer in Cumbria (Kirkby Stephen area) looking for a model to expand my portfolio and also my experience.By my own admission, I'm not the best at telling someone how they should pose, so I am hoping for someone with some experience in modelling who's willing for us to help each other.I have done some TFP shoots before, but I want to get better and gain more experience as I go.I've also recently upgraded camera gear and wanting to give it some use with a person.I also want to expand a bit in trying lighting and such, most likely outdoors, so the weather will have to be right for this.If you're sensitive to flash, then other options are available.I don't have a real 'theme' in mind as such, but that can be developed with what you want to get for your portfolio as well.I'm willing to travel within a reasonable distance for a good location.I don't have specific dates in mind, my work is currently quite quiet so I'm available quite a lot at the moment.
