We are 3 photographers looking for models who’d like to do a fun TFP seaside/beach shoot (but in a home studio.) The idea comes from the work of eccentric lady photographer Stephanie Schneider - who shot a series of weird artificial kitsch scenes with her favourite models. Our idea is to do a fun homage based on her ideas. She shoots with old long-expired polaroid film so her work has a washed-out look - which we may or may not attempt in editing.
Between us we have acquired some wacky props to use on our shoot: - yellow inflatable lilo, beach ball, bucket & spade, sun hats, old Polaroid cameras & film (props only), a retro radio, a paddling pool and of course a giant inflatable pink flamingo ring.
Our plan is to shoot with a blue background roll, and reed mats for the beach. It should all look bit weird & wacky but Fun. See our crazy practice pics and my Stefanie Schneider album to get the idea.
