Model needed for regular, creative and impromptu shoots

Looking for a local (or someone prepared to travel each time - Romford/Essex area) model for imaginative, creative and often unplanned (or late notice) shoots. "The weather is looking xxx tomorrow, I have a great idea, fancy a shoot . . . " kind of thing! :-) Although this is predominantly a TFP casting I am willing to pay the right model depending on attitude, levels and flexibility. I prefer to work with a 'small number of models regularly' rather than 'everyone now and then'. So, if you are pretty flexible (usually weekdays), willing to try different ideas, at different location,  at different times, then it would be great to hear from you!!
