Hello Photographer's 

I am finally able to offer Remote tethered shoots from my home studio in Swindon, Wiltshire. 

Having done several successful remote shoots, I am really happy to be able to offer this new shooting experience to photographer's in the Uk and internationally. Great way to still be creative and work with models while it is not currently safe to travel plus it opens up working with people you may not have been able to in the past from the comfort of you're own home.

I have recently worked with quite a few photographer's who have been new to the idea of remote shooting (also not too keen to begin with) but after giving it a go they all enjoyed the experienced very much and have said they would do it again, plus they got some great shots! :) 

I will be working with my husband Adrian Crook www.adriancrook.co.uk who will be the lighting, camera and tech assistant on my the remote shoots. He will make sure everything will run smoothly and ensuring the best quality images as we work together as a team.

How it works? 

We communicate throughout the shoot via Facebook video call or WhatsApp-found these the easiest way. However can look at other options if you don't have either.

Adrian or I will then talk you through what you need to do.

You download Remote Desktop in Chrome (it's Free), I give you a code and you log into my computer, you then have control over my computer.

There you will find Capture One which is tethered to a Fuji Xt3 and where you're pictures will show up and be stored once we get going. 

You have control over the setting and are able to press the shutter from you're computer, we will talk via video call throughout the shoot (video call is set up right next to the camera) then we will shoot as normal.

Please note this is a slower way of shooting, so we work on getting quality images rather than quantity and will require a bit of patients at times, a bit like shooting on film.

Once we are up and running it will flow just like a normal shoot.

All images are your own and will be sent over after the shoot asap via OneDrive/WeTransfer or whatever suits you.

I am happy to shoot Fashion, Vintage, Lifestyle and Artistic Art Nudes.  I especially love vintage and fashion, I have lots of styling for this kind of look.

We have a Studio set -up available, grey backdrop, grey cloth, Brown fawn colour cloth backdrop, Teal backdrop and Mustard backdrop,

distress look dust sheet, while walls, white lounge area, natural light (more info check my website)

If you send me as much information on what you would like to achieve that would be great :) happy if you want to send anything for me to use as props/styling, I can post them back to you.

I can work 11am-5pm GMT Mon-Fri and occasionally Sat/Sun.

If you require a model release please tell me before we book the shoot so I can have a look at what I will be signing, Happy to sign non-commercial releases for photo competitions or magazine publications.
