I would like to start a project to recreate paintings of some of the Masters of the 17th Century. I'm thinking Rembrandt, Vermeer, Caravaggio and Van Gogh etc. In particular, the dark, melodramatic feel of self-portraiture and use of chiaroscuro to create shades of light and dark.
So, the model I'm looking for needs to have the right look plus a wardrobe to complement this theme. This is not the usual glamour shoot. Please take a bit of time to Google these artists and, if you think are suitable then please respond.
The shoot will be in or around the Watford area at a time convenient to both of us.
I am a part time photographer and have more than 23 years experience. I work for either pay or trade depending on assignment.
