Basically my other house is empty before being rented from the 9th may.
Im happy to let it be used as studio space.
Its got large downstairs space either cream carpets and wood floors white wall space. Natural light but plenty of places to plug in.
Happy to hire it out for the day for £20
Area is Thorpe astley, near the M1 in Leicestershire
