Wardrobe Designers, Hair Stylists, & MUA's for 1980's Period Drama | London, February

CASTING:

Talented Wardrobe Designers, Hair Stylists, and MUA's wanted to join our team on the 15th of February 2019 for a 2-minute visual sample to aid funding a 15-minute period Drama.

What we're doing:

On the 15th of February we're shooting a 2-minute visual sample ahead of us applying to the BFI Short Film Fund for our 15-minute short (£25k budget) set in 1987 Brixton about a young MC fighting to overcome his social anxiety disorder in London's turbulent pirate radio scene. 

Your Duties:

Stylist -
Working with 5-6 cast members (male & female mix) to create period appropriate looks. We have a historical consultant to aid you, along with mood boards and photographs. We have arranged much of the costume already, but it would be great if you are able to source any additional pieces.

Hair Stylist & MUA -
Period appropriate hair and makeup for female cast. Cast members will need powdering in between takes as on-set lighting will cause actors to perspire.

Compensation:

Because we're pre-funding stage for the full film, we're looking to collaborate TFP in exchange for expenses with the view of bringing the Wardrobe Designer and Makeup Artist on board in a paid role when we secure funding, provided we're mutually happy with our working relationship.

In addition to stills from the film, we'll have a BTS Photographer on the day who will provide you with images for your portfolio.
