Boudoir Shoot in abandoned factory in S.Wales

I recently found a abandoned factory tucked away in a location in South Wales, industrial by nature but has a large open plan floor, very tall windows looking down into the room which would be perfect to photograph against. There is a lot of graffiti with in the building some of which stands out quite nicely when I did a test run with a model last week.
