Location photoshoots in Southend-on-Sea, Essex

I'm looking for TFP/collaboration with models in or around Southend-on-Sea area to gain more experience and build up my portfolio. The location could be a park, the streets and buildings, or if you have an indoor location I'll be happy to shoot there too. I'm looking for all kinds of styles, such as beauty, scenic, urban, casual, alternative, and I'm open to your ideas. I'm available on weekends, and either mornings or evenings during the week, depending on work.
