Every so often Studio 8 hosts an event that is truly unlike any other. We are seriously excited to be offering a portfolio building event created with our amazing model Sarah (NB) that is guaranteed to be the kind of event that you are unlikely to ever see again.

Not only will Sarah be modeling during the 4.5 hour event, but she will also be wearing what can only be described as the most stunning and authentic costumes we have ever seen at the studio. Sara came along to a shoot here with us 2 months ago and we created the gorgeous images you see here on our page today. We have received so much feedback from these images that we wanted to give other photographers the opportunity to create this style of image for their own portfolios.

This event is open to photographers of any level – From ameture to pro, all are welcome!

All of this for £65 per photographer – That’s less than £15ph for studio and model hire with 3 amazing period costumes:

What’s Included In This Event

Our portfolio building event will take place over a 4.5 hour session and will be for a maximum of 4 photographer. This will give each photographer a minimum of 20 minutes uninterrupted shooting time at each set of the shoot (1 hour total over the day). The day starts 10am with a nice cup of tea or coffee while we run through any details you may want to know about the day and make sure everybody has all of the equipment they need for the shoot. We will also take this time to make sure everyone is comfy with the lighting that will be set up and ready to go.

Once we’re ready, we will start shooting on the first of the 3 set in the studio, this will last for approximately 1 hour. Each photographer will have allocated time to shoot on their own to make sure they can get the shots they want and direct the model without interference from others in the group (unless you would like some guidance).

After the first 1 hour period we will have a short break whilst the model changes and prepares for the second 1 hour session. The shoot will then run in this format until we have shot on all 3 sets.

The day is designed to be relaxed, creative and fun whilst giving each photographer the time and space they need to make their images. If you would like to have twice the shooting time with each set/backdrop then you will be required to make a booking for two sessions.

 All you have to bring along with you is a yourself and a camera!
