Wedding MUA +/- Hairstylist

We are hosting a wedding fair in Southampton and are currently reaching out to potential exhibitors.
As we are doing this on a smaller scale than the large wedding fair providers e.g. PMN, we are setting a realistic price for exhibitors. With a table price of £40.00 (150 x 80cm) we will use exhibitor fees for facebook paid advertising, wedding fair listing sites advertising and probably flyer printing for local distribution, to bring us zero profit.
As wedding photographers ourselves, we find the cost of attending a wedding fair exorbitant, and we wish to try and do something about that. Should this fair prove successful, we will run others through the year, though at a slightly higher cost as we are putting far more time into organising this than expected!
This venue also has a stage, which may be more pertinent to wedding entertainers.
We aim to offer a diverse range of suppliers to our potential brides, with a limited number of each type.
Please note, as we do not have the might of the large wedding fair providers, we will also ask our exhibitors to do what they can in helping to make this a success.
