PurplePort takes the storage and management of your data very seriously, and we have made available the data we hold on you to be compliant with Data Protection and GDPR legislation.

You can request a download of the data we hold about you. Once a request is received it will be processed within 30-days (usually 24 hours). We will then send it via a confidential download link and password-protected file which you will have 72-hours to access before removal.
