I had my shoot with Syd yesterday and yet again it was amazing i have shoot with Syd so many times that i lost my counting. Syd is one of the bestest and proffesional photographers in Uk his work is absolutely amazing he never fails and he is the most friendly and awesome guy you could ever meet he will make you laugh so much and you will just have so much fun with him during your shoot. Me and Syd became bestfriends since we had our first shoot long time ago he is just one of the best people you can meet! We have created so many amazing pictures on our shoot that i am super excited to see them and also syd is so good at making the videos they are amazing too. 100% reccomended from me.

Another brilliant 1/2 shoot with Syd.

I have completly lost count of how many times I've worked with him, but its something I will never ever get tired of.

Always full of incredible ideas.

Amazing tog, with a top creative mind, technique and editing skills.

I'm also lucky enough to work with Syd with videos, for his YouTube channel. So much fun!! :-)

Syd is extremely thoughtful when it comes to looking after his models - too cold, hungry, need a break etc. Which is most appreciated.

A pleasure to work with, plus we've just booked another full day which I am so so sloop excited about.

Syd joined myself and Chris Conway on an event we hosted at studio 33. What a truely lovely guy he is. He was very chatty and great within the group setting. Totally respectful to me and his peers and a joy to model for! He has a clear passion for photography and this shows in the images he produces. I thoroughly enjoyed his company on the night and hope to have the pleasure of working with him again in the not to distant future!

Syd and I have been meaning to shoot now for what feels like centuries, but finally managed to pluck up a spontaneous booking for Thursday evening!

Syds pre-communication was excellent, we promptly discussed levels & what sort of outfits/shoes/makeup to bring so I knew exactly what to expect upon arrival.

Syd picked me up from the station, after I had encountered a few delays- oops! And it was great from then onwards.

Syd is definitely a chatty, forward thinking guy and very respectful towards the models requirements. E.g: too cold, need a break, comfortable shooting, etc!

I personally felt really comfortable around Syd. We got a few sets done within our shoot and some killer images,

We also managed to do some fragrance reviews for his YouTube channel which was something new for me but quite an interesting twist.

I would definitely recommend Syd, and you’re guaranteed to get a good chat too!

I really really look forward to seeing the final images! :)

I had another shoot with syd this weekend whilst I was down in Birmingham on a studio day. He had booked the first 2-hour slot and time just flew by! He had lots of great ideas and had sent me a mood board prior to the shoot too. He is very chatty and easy to get along with which definitely helps on a shoot! We got some amazing images and also shot some videos for instagram which as always looked great!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Syd and would love to work with him again in the future :)

Had an awesome shoot with Syd last weekend, we’ve had many shoots in the past and they have all been great, Syd is very organised and likes to send a mood board across before the shoot with some ideas, so the model knows exactly what she needs for the shoot, he always arrives on time, recently we have been shooting at my home and he is always respectful. We create some fantastic images every time. I enjoy working with syd every time, looking forward to hopefully another shoot in the new year :)

Syd had booked me for a full day shoot this weekend, which had been arranged months ago.

Syd’s pre-shoot communications are always great, I know exactly where we are meeting and what the agenda is for the day and what styles and clothing we’re shooting.

We meet at New Street Station, then walked to Syd’s car, where we discussed outfits and packed 2nd bag to travel around as we decided on location for the first part of the shoot.

Shooting with Syd is always fun, creative, relaxed and time just flies by, we were shooting on the street and it was bloody hilarious watching Syd trying to avoid getting run over by passing cars.

After grabbing a quick lunch, we headed off to a lovely penthouse apartment that Syd had hired for the remainder of the shoot. We got cracking on with creating some of the images selected from his mood board that he communicated to me prior to shooting.

We also shot some crazy off the cuff video stuff, which was crazy shit hilarious, posting our efforts on Instagram.

After our shoot, I helped Syd shoot for his fragrance YouTube channel, because if you aren’t already aware he has a huge, huge collection of designer and niche fragrances. Treated me to a lovely Nando’s too.

I have shot with Syd countless times, he is a true gentleman, funny, charming and so chilled, our banter and laughs during our shoot makes the full day just fly by.

He lets me pose freely, and takes on-board my suggestions too.

Comes highly recommended ace tog and great friend.

I had such a fab shoot yesterday with Syd. Sometimes 8 hour shoots can feel soooo long but the time just flew by!!

We spent half the time on location around Birmingham, Syd had prescouted some great locations which is so handy.

He was great with directions as well as letting me free pose, a good mixture of both is always appreciated as after all it's a creative process between the two of us. He also let me see images as we went along, another thing that's always appreciated so we both know what we're getting and see if we can improve anything.

The second half of the shoot was in an apartment he had booked. The apartment was nice, clean and big enough to shoot around. We got some great images there and had lots of fun whilst doing so.

We also did some behind the scenes videos which is something I never get chance to do. We also filmed for his youtube channel the fragrance connoisseur, I was worried at first in case I was awkward on film but Syd made it really easy with direction prior to filming and I felt like a natural by the end of it! They turned out really well and I now feel inspired to do more video work!

Syd is super easy to get along with, very chatty and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I hope to work with him again in the future :) x

Syd never fails to amaze me. He's a true professional, and such a joy to be around.

His pictures only ever get better and every time we shoot, he's filled with new ideas, new poses and we always create such stunning sets of images. I absolutely love working with Syd, his pre comms are amazing, he always sends a mood board prior to the shoot and always gives me a clear idea of what to bring a long with me - which is very helpful! His creativity shines through and he sure has an eye for detail, meaning each shot is magical.

Our shoots fly by everytime! Hours seem like minutes and although we manage to get through a lot done, I never know where the time goes. Syd always meets me at the station and makes sure I get home safe. He always puts my needs into consideration and I can't thank him enough for that.

I'd definetely recommend any model looking to work with Syd, you won't be dissapointed. Thanks for everything Syd, see you soon.

Bad Dolly

Today I shot with Syd for the first time while on tour in Birmingham and I'm so glad I did! Me and Syd have wanted to work together for a long time so it was great that our diaries aligned. He sent me an awesome mood board and loads of outfit suggestions that were right up my street and pre comms were great. We got on straight away and Syd was great with my very dry humour!

Loads of chat, loads of laughter and all while shooting some awesome sets. It felt like a real team effort and Syd has a great eye for detail and gave good direction when needed but also let me go with the flow :)

I cannot wait to see the edits and really hope our paths cross again.

Super highly recommended from me :)

Syd booked me for another half day shoot. Communication before and during the shoot is always flawless, he communicates clearly what he is intending to shoot, providing lots of images from his mood board, so I know what clothes to pack and bring well in advance of the shoot.

Working with Syd is always fun, relaxed and productive, very easy to get on with, he takes his time to get the exact shot he is after, directing very well so I am clear how he wants me to pose.

Always giving his models lots of breaks and is not a clock watcher at all, I have been working with Syd for a number of years and now think of him as a good friend, a very kind and patient individual.

Syd has a wicked sense of humour and our time just flies by, very chatty guy. Syd always takes time to show me back of camera images and takes on board my ideas as well as shooting his own concepts.

I always enjoy working with Syd, as he creates some awesome images and thinks outside the box.

He always makes sure I get to the station in plenty of time to catch my train home and ensures I’m on the train before leaving in case I miss my train or cancellation.

Easiest guy to accommodate, doesn't even drink hot drinks hahha!

Had the most amazing day and evening with Syd yesterday, we have shoot together multiply times now and he never disappoints me. Syd is not just an amazing and very talented professional photographer but he is also a close friend we always have so much fun during our shoots together. Dont think anyone would make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as he does. The best part is his editing images they are amazing!! i am always in love with the job that he does to the pictures that we have created i cant recommend him enough he is just one of the bestest! Cant wait to see the pictures now and to shoot again with him.

Shot with Syd for the third time this past weekend and he once again did not disappoint!

Syd booked me well in advance and pre comms went smooth, he shared his inspiration and plenty of mood boards with me prior to the shoot.

He is always kind enough to pick me up from the train station and drive me to the location or back home when we finished our shoot.

Syd will always provide refreshments, especially considering we shoot for a whole day, he will treat me to a lunch or dinner and he is happen to break for a few minutes if I need a drink or a coffee.

Shooting with Syd is always very fun and relaxed, time flies by. He is efficient at directing models as well as let us freestyle. We follow a certain mood but we allow creativity and come up with special images.

I reccomend any model to work with Syd as he's a genuine guy, very polite, a very talented photographer with a relaxed attitude and perfect results.

I hope to shoot with him again x

I don't think I will ever get bored of shooting with Syd, and I now don't only see him as one of my favourite photogrpahers but also a genuine friend.

His pre-comms are always amazing, he always sends mood boards of the look / style he wants to get out of a shoot and also, his communication after the shoot is 10/10 too! And the pictures you recieve back are always breath taking, he really does have an eye for creativity and detail. Syd is always open to new ideas, as well as always making sure he brings a variety of clothing / props which can be used throughout.

Syd is proffesional and always makes sure both the model and himself leave the shoot happy and content with what has been produced within the shoot. I would highly recommend Syd to any models looking to work with him you sure wont be disapointed!

WOW! I shot with Syd for the first time today and 3 hours wasn’t enough!!! We worked so well together, Syd is a very bubbly, chatty and most welcoming person ever, I had an amazing shoot with him, if you haven’t shot with him already oh my god you need too.

We created so many different styles in 3 hours and got the best killer shots, I’m so looking forward to shooting with Syd again! It can’t come quick enough!

Syd booked a trip to Prague with me this bank holiday weekend.

I have shoot with Syd many, many time previously and I consider him a close friend who I trust and feel comfortable to be around during shots and outside of shoots.

We travelled from Syd’s home to the airport, Syd took me to a lovely Indian restaurant the night before, Syd made sure we got to the airport in plenty of time.

We got to Prague, Syd booked this amazing hotel, which was 400 years old, I was just blown away.

Throughout our stay Syd ensured I was looked after, looking out for me throughout our trip, nothing was too much for him.

I got bitten on the ankle and was in pain and discomfort throughout the break, Syd went with me to a pharmacy to seek medical assistance, constantly asking and ensuring I was ok.

As Syd is a fragrance freak and has so, so many fragrances in his collection he purchased yet another two for his collection and then to my complete surprise purchase two awesome perfumes for me, which was so, so kind of him.

Throughout our trip, Syd was so kind, generous, considerate and had so much energy it was unreal.

Syd also introduced me to new experiences that I always wanted to do, but never had the opportunity, like having little fish nibble at my feet, which was an amazing experience, but Syd stole the thunder as the fish were all over him and a few on me…

We managed to get some nice images, even though I felt unwell due to been bitten.

Overall an amazing time with Syd, awesome friend, great company and is always highly recommended.
