Had a fabulous studio day at The Boardroom Studio. On the day of shooting Phil kindly collected me from the station and was friendly and welcoming towards me.

I had a fabulous studio day and me and the photographers had a wonderful time together. Phil was really helpful at designing sets for me and the photographers and helping us with lighting and kindly bringing us hot drinks.

Me and Phil also managed to squeeze in a short shoot as well and Phil is just incredible to work with his really good at direction and knows how to bring out the best in me. We produced some fabulous sets together.

Never shot at the Boardroom before so jumped at the opportunity to take part in a duo shoot. Was met by Phil who was helpful and offered loads of advice and assistance if required.

I was only there for two hours and loved every minute. From the images Phil has created brilliantly I can see there is even more potential and even more reasons to return in the future.

Been wanting to shoot at this Studio for a while and wasn't disappointed. Far from it.

Phil was very welcoming. Had great pre comms and was very helpful before, during and after the shoot.

The Studio itself is beautiful and very unique, not too far from the Station (A nice 20 min walk)

All in all, I am adding this Studio to one of my go to spots. Very highly recommend and can't wait to do it again.

It was a pleasure to work once again at The Boardroom, this time as part of the studio day with Gem. It's such a great environment to shoot in, with natural light that's second to none. On this occasion I made use of Phil's selection of handpainted backdrops, which are truly stunning and well worth trying out. I recommend the studio highly and look forward to returning soon.

I was lucky enough to be connected with Phil at The Boardroom for my introduction to photography. I couldn't have hoped for a better start to the artform, being able to learn from someone so experienced and make use of the wonderful studio. I've been told that I was working with one of the best in the business, and I believe it too. His knowledge of the craft was endless and his enthusiasm to share was great. It's a most welcoming environment that he's created, which is brimming with ideas and creativity. I'd heard great things about The Boardroom studio and I have to say they were all correct. Fantastic space in which to work with super natural light coming through the large, north facing, windows. Phil was very helpful with lighting suggestions and set ups for me. I very much recommend the studio (and Phil) and hope to visit again very soon

I have worked at The Boardroom Studio twice now and every time has been an absolute delight, it is a gorgeous studio! Beautiful white walls and beautiful windows. Plenty of props too! Phil who owns the studio is such an attentive studio owner always taking care of the models and the photographers. It is clean, tidy and organised and always plenty of tea and coffee on offer and biscuits too! Honestly Phil is so lovely and so helpful and the consummate professional and his studio is stunning! Wholeheartedly recommend working at the studio and hope I can return again soon!

Another shoot at The Boardroom today with the lovely Gia. I am really lucky to have such a fabulous studio virtually on my doorstep.

The weather today was pretty dismal with flurries of snow, but the natural light inside the studio was as awesome as usual. The studio makes the most of its Georgian building and there are plenty of props available plus lighting if required. Studio owner Phil is always very welcoming and helpful, plus he makes a mean cuppa with a choice of non-dairy milk if preferred!

I highly recommend The Boardroom, both to photographers and touring models who might be looking for a venue to host a studio day.

Another wonderful weekend at The Boardroom. This is one of my favourite studios in the country and it's not hard to see why! The location, the light (oh my days, the light!), the equipment, attention to detail and an owner that simply cannot do enough to help. I really cannot recommend this stunning venue enough and look forward to returning in a few months.

Booked a shoot at the boardroom with Sinopa Rin. It is an amazing space with sooo many props and lighting options. Would recomend it to anyone looking for a professional studio space.

Today I attended my first event in Boardroom studio. It’s absolutely gorgeous, well equipped, with lots of natural light. Props are really artsy and inspiring, great variety of them too! Phil was super friendly and I enjoyed my shoot greatly! I wish this studio was closer to Manchester, I would use it all the time. I’ll be back for sure at some point :)

They even had soy milk, really appreciated!

I LOVE THE BOARDROOM! Highly recommended to all models and all photographers to hire as a space to shoot in. Phil has thought about everything to make a model's stay at the Boardroom comfortable! I met Phil around a year ago and he is just awesome! He is very generous with his time and skills, and will often help you out with lighting and set design! The place is insanely beautiful and so much could be created in the space!

I shot here on this day as a way to regain some sort of sanity after spending so much time organising and working with a full house overhaul and renovation.

I shot at The Boardroom for the first time with Simon @ sinimi photography for 4 hours and was very impressed with the space and variety the studio has to offer. The natural light was beautiful and the studio had lots of different lighting set ups along with chairs and props to use. Phil was very friendly and helpful, easy to chat to and makes a cracking cuppa (biscuit tea, if you've never had it, trust me!

I'd love to work in the studio again and hopefully I will be back soon.

I shoot at the Boardroom today for the first time with Steve aka SBImages.

This is a studio that’s been on my list of places I want to visit for ages and today became reality. It didn’t disappoint. Its pure white interior works so well and the light bounces off the walls creating beautiful images.

Phil greeted me at the gate and made sure I got parked ok. Then made me a fantastic cuppa and we chatted till Steve arrived.

He was on hand the whole time to help with lighting and props which was really appreciated. I was made to feel very welcome.

I would recommend this beautiful studio to anyone.

What a fabulous day at the Boardroom this week where I had booked a shoot with the wonderful Xenia who is the resident model there.

Phil was super helpful and the space is amazing to shoot in. We worked through so many different styles and I'm just delighted with the results :-)

I just can't work out why it took me so long to visit the studio - I'll be back again soon.

l worked at The Boardroom Studio for the first time on my trip to Derby and what a lovely first visit it was! Phil the owner is absolutely lovely always there to help both model and photographer. He was so welcoming and was kind enough to let me see if I could see an extra 4 hours at the studio and after being booked in the morning for 4 hours.

Communication was great and help with directions etc before the shoot. Whilst shooting with different photographers throughout the day Phil was always so welcoming to every one and made sure I had cups of tea and was warm in the studio. The studio itself is just absolutely beautiful, stunning windows, beautiful props and all the white walls just beautiful.

Phil kindly drove me back to the station at the end of the day too. An absolute gem of a studio and a wonderful studio owner there is nothing to like! I hope I can come back soon! Wholeheartedly recommend the beautiful Boardroom Studio!

My first shoot at The Boardroom and a very good location it is too. Phil is a great host and the studio is well equipped and has a silly number of props. I need to go back just to get to play with some of them. I hope to return.
