I had the absolute pleasure of working with Darryl again.

Darryl is super fun to work with, full of enthusiasm and cool ideas. We worked at his house (which was fantastic to work in!) and was very welcoming.

Darryl is really easy to get on with, laid back, yet very productive. The resulting images look awesome. Darryl is a very talented guy!

I would highly recommend working with Darryl and would happily work with him again in an instant!

Well, Darryl isn't a model.....although I am sure he has aspirations! No, what Darryl is is a thoroughly decent and top top bloke who also happens to be a top class photographer too! He was good enough and kind enough to do the vast majority of the arrangements for a properly good and fun shoot with the amazing Helen Stephens. For my part, he left Helen and I to it and to use his house as pretty much our own. He was great with the tea and was constantly refreshing ;-) Can't thank Darryl enough for his hospitality, help and through roughly good blokeishness. Consider him a fellow tog mate even after only a couple of meetings. Hire this guy.....great bloke, even greater talent!

Had my 3rd shoot with Darryl, at the beginning of April, and enjoyed every single minute of it. I absolutely love working with this guy, as he's so creative, enthusiastic, and an absolute genius when it comes to processing.

He's one of the nicest people you could meet, and he's a great laugh to be around. The day was really relaxed, and so much fun. I had a blast. I also had the pleasure of working alongside his partner, Katherine :-)

I never get tired of shooting with Darryl. If you ever get chance to do so, then definitely take it. You won't be disappointed.

After waiting nearly 2 years to work with Darryl

We finally got to do our shoot! I have been following his work since he started, he is such an amazing person to work with and his photograhy is outstanding! We instantly got on, he was full of ideas and also tried out mine. I can't fault him in any way! So work with him! :)

What can I say about Darryl that has not already been said?

He is professional, friendly, talented and sweet. He kindly put me up for 2 nights and we had a blast, creating beautiful images along the way and chatting about everything photography!

Darryl shot some boudoir with me and I could not think of anyone better for the job, he gave me pointers with posing as well as letting me free pose.

Darryl is too modest and doesn't know how talented he is, but if you ever get the chance to shoot with him DO IT!

Thank you so much for a fun filled week with gorgeous images, I could not be happier!

I have just had a really fun couple of nights shooting with Darryl, just love the images he creates! Darryl was very kind to put me up whilst I was shooting in the area. He's a really lovely guy, very professional and easy to get along with and work with. Highly recommended! :D

Second time around working with Darryl was even better than the first!

He allowed me to stay whilst on my tour, provided me with laughs, yummy food and an Xbox to play on... and then we got some shooting done!

We both had some ideas of what we wanted to produce and had a lot more time to play with and I'd say we certainly made the most of that.

We got some super awesome images done (which is the least you can expect! :D ).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, felt comfortable the whole time and have been pleased with the results since!

I wouldn't hesitate to work with Darryl again and again and would highly recommend him to any model! :D

Had a lovely but short shoot with Darryl the other day. We flew through a few ideas and got some super results in the time we had! It's been over a year since our first shoot (wow!) so it was lovely to catch up over pizza! Darryl has come on leaps and bounds with his photography in a short time- really impressive!

Lovely guy, down to earth and he has two CUTE cats...OMG. I will be back!! Thanks Darryl :D

I had my second shoot with Darryl yesterday and it was awesome! His confidence and skill have definitely improved since we last worked together - not that they weren't good before! He was also kind enough to let me watch him edit (and ask lots of annoying questions), stay over at his lovely house and use it as a location to shoot from. He's a staggeringly good photographer and all-round bloody nice person with a laid-back approach and a great sense of humour. Very very highly recommended and I hope to work with him again very soon.

I had seen some of Darryls work around and always loved his style, so i was chuffed when i got to work with him. we didn't really have a 'plan' just wanted to do some fashion nudey type stuff. I was greeted with a lovely cuppa ;) and we got shooting, warmed up with some lingerie then dived into a new outfit i had made and wanted to test. Darryl is so easy to work with, i enjoyed our time immensely. He didn't even flinch when i dived in his fridge! Messed around with some wet hair stuff at the end of the evening and we nailed some amazing images. He was super quick to edit my images to a wonderful standard and i would jump to shoot with him again, maybe some location stuff next time?? Highly recommend to all ;)

Not only is he a talented photographer & retoucher he's also a really lovely guy too.

The day was relaxed & fun, I was kept happily full of tea & naughty food, we planned all themes together & darryl came up with some great ideas & locations.

I cannot believe Darryl agreed to put up with me again! What a top bloke! Even accommodated my liquification whines!

I cannot begin to express what a brilliant photographer he is. I was told ages ago about how enthusiastic and innovative he is, from which our first shoot was borne...

In my honest opinion, he is up there with the best on this site now... Not only is he unique, but always tries different things, and every shot he takes has it's own unique merits, for which there is a lot to be said! His photography has come on bundles ... And there is a lot to be said for a man who is such a nice person too! He makes awesome coffee... Shoots with great accuracy as well. For our shoot Darryl decided for each set up, he would taken10 shots and if we got one cracking image, move on... As usual he did not disappoint!

I watch this mans work with awe and I cannot wait to have the opportunity to work with him again!

what can i say about the lovely darryl?

Absolutely fantastic to work with! Darryl was the last stop of my London tour and kindly put me for the night at chez darryl! Him and Katherine were so accommodating and they make great coffee!

Me and Darryl had been communicating for a while about shooting - and I loved his ideas. He is extremely laid back which makes the shoot just flow with ease and we got through so many different sets! I've loved his work for a good while and before I even got back home last night I already had some amazing images!

It was an absolute joy working with Darryl and I would happily work with again! - he creates some beautiful work and it was a lovely shoot from start to finish. If you haven't worked with him yet - do it!

Highly recommended! and I am sure we will work together in the near future!

Had another amazing shoot with Darryl yesterday, AND before I even got home 2 images were ready and waiting for me!! :D Great quality as usual and weve got shots that I think are my favourite ever!! :D

I expected nothing less than perfection from Darryl after working with him a few times now (and intend to many times in the future:P) He always brings out the best in me as a model and on top of that is such a lovely guy!! His shoots are relaxed and fun and his home studio is great!!

I had another great shoot with Darryl on Thursday! We managed to do quite a lot within the time limit we had and i am so happy with the images so far! :-D Darryl experimented with different lighting which was great because you can see the variation in the images. As always he was professional, friendly and i felt completely comfortable throughout the shoot, i would always recommend him to anyone :-) Thanks Darryl :-)

I had a great shooting day with Darryl over the weekend, his pre-comms were excellent and he was very on time to pick me up from the station.

Darryl is great host, friendly and very professional. He especially has awesome lighting skills, I was impressed of all the set up and the photos already looked amazing in the back of the camera. He communicates very well with the model, opens to ideas and works hard to get the best images.

The edits already looking fabulous and I would highly recommend this truly talented photographer and would definitely love to work with him again!

This man is possibly one of the hardest photographers to leave a reference for, just because there is so much good to say!

Firstly, I will note that with or without a camera, Darryl is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

This was mine and Darryl's third shoot, bringing in Darren S, to do a much planned joint shoot (Darren and I have been discussing this for AGES)... When Darren suggested doing the shoot with Darryl.... Well, I thought, who better could there possibly be??!!!

The fact that this is our third shoot and we are soon to conduct the fourth speaks volumes in it's own right, but every time I have shot with Darryl, the results get better and better. This man has always been fully competent at photography, he's always taken great shots... But watching his work, it has just got better and better and better... I am in awe!

Every time I see a new shoot I am excited to see the images... And I am very excited for our next shoot, I can't wait!

I had my second shoot with Darryl, shooting alongside the lovely Marianne. Darryls work is so impressive, especially his studio work which he's getting into more. Darryl pulled off the duo shots and the results were very impressive. I'm so glad we got to shoot this idea.

Darryl was also kind enough to let me stay, while I was in the area, he's such a lovely person, and i look forward to working with him again, on another amazing idea :-)
