I applied to a casting call that Nick posted up earlier this week and was thrilled to hear back from him with regards to modelling for a portrait workshop for six photographers who are new to portrait photography. I modelled for the group today and is was great fun, relaxed and educational. Nick is really friendly, has a great sense of humour, and he made sure everyone there felt welcome and comfortable. Nick is a great teacher - explaining and describing different ways you can use studio lighting and how to pose a model etc. He was there to answer any questions anyone had about taking portrait images. The photos he took were fantastic too! Highly recommended by me and would certainly love to work with him and future workshops too :)

I shot with Nick today as part of a photography lesson. He was so enthusiastic and clearly knew his stuff, breaking everything down really clearly so it was easy to understand. We shot both inside and outside with natural lighting, and then did some work with flash. The images I saw looked absolutely amazing! Super easy to work with and get along with- and always ready with a cup of coffee!

Worked with Nick and his students as one of four wedding photography models. Prior to shooting his comm's were excellent and organisation skills second to none. On the day, Nick was very welcoming and hospitable with plenty of refreshments on site. He explained exactly how everything would work, introduced me to everyone and away we went. He ran the day superbly giving everyone the time and coaching they needed as well as giving them the freedom required. I also got to see some of the excellent sample images he took to help the students , can't wait to see more of his work and hopefully shoot with him again. Highly recommended. Cheers Nick! Sam

I met Nick for the first time on Saturday. Nick had hired me for a Bridal workshop he was running.

Nick's pre-comms were great and as soon as I got to the location he made me feel welcome right away!

Nick definitely knows what he's talking about, he was so informative and lovely to everyone that attended the workshop, even I learnt a few things!

Nick is easy to get along with, very knowledgeable and a fantastic photographer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hope to work with him again in the future.

I modelled for Nick for a lighting course he was doing for a client at the Cricket Club in Chelmsford. His communication pre and post shoot was spot on, the location was easy to find and I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the shoot.

Nick is clearly a master of lighting, with so many skills, teaching the client all sorts of tricks of the trade with his top of the range equipment. His photography is awesome and I have already seen a fair few top quality images from the day.

Nick is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. An excellent photographer overall. I would happily work with him again and would recommend others to book with him. :-)

I had a great shoot with Nick today. He was polite and funny and the hours flew by. He had a great MUA on board and it's always nice to have your hair and make up done once in a while! The location was beautiful and really creative. I really enjoyed my day and would definitely work with Nick again. Can't wait to see the pictures! :)

Today I had the pleasure to work with Nick at one of his training days at the County Cricket Club in Essex. He has all the gear you can imagine and the way he manages the lighting and all the camera techniques is just incredible! Even though this shoot was to learn photography I learned a lot just posing an listening to everything he was talking about. He demonstrated how just a slight shift in the lights and the poses can make a HUGE difference. It was a very instructive and amazing shoot.

I would recommend Nick to everyone who wants to work with a top notch skilled photographer!

I worked with Nick on a beauty shoot in the lovely Essex County Cricket Club, which has an amazing view.

Having only shot together once it is enough to appreciate his talent in photography. Nick really strives to get the perfect image and achieves this at a high quality utilising studio lights and putting a lot of effort and passion into getting the right lighting, angle and backdrop.

Nick is friendly and easy going, I felt completely comfortable at all times and thoroughly enjoyed the day; I hope to work with Nick again soon :)

I've worked with Nick twice and it was awesome! The first shoot was really interesting and different, with a geisha inspired theme.

The second, was my first bridal shoot and I really enjoyed it :)

Both of the shoots were relaxed and Nick made me feel comfortable at all time.

I recommend him and I look forward to work with him again!
