References for Drastic Fantastic Studio Dungeons

First shoot of 2024 in a firm favourite place to work from, The Townhouse! This place looks aces and is so well run. Yesterday was the first model:tog event known as Focus and it was super good fun. All 4 floors open to work from and it was perfect. Really really enjoyed it! Thanks to all the staff who make it so easy to just relax and enjoy the shoot, loved it, thanks Townhouse!

I have shot at The Townhouse a few years ago and coming back, I find it is even better than I remembered.

I had a brilliant shoot with This Girl and barely scratched the surface of what was possible.

The one and only downside is that I kept getting lost and felt that I should leave a trail of breadcrumbs to find my way back to the beginning ( Hansel and Gretel!!!!)

It is so extensive with incredible rooms on seemingly, an infinite number of floors.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities very good.

If you haven't shot there, you really should.

I will be returning.

I've shot at Townhouse many times now, and it's always been a pleasure to do so.

The staff are amazing, friendly, and on hand to help with anything you need help with.

Highly recommended, every single day of the week. :)

Attended one of the creative shoot days here today. Honestly a lovely atmosphere. Welcoming, friendly and everyone that attended seemed very approachable. I was a little out of my depth in this environment however I definitely will be looking to go again now I have a better idea of what is here with more ideas in my head for shoot ideas.

If you get the chance to go it is worth a visit.

I've lost count of the number of times I've visited this venue. It never fails to Deliver. Both Jim and Vicky are amazing individuals who spare no effort in ensuring you have a great time at the dungeon.

The venue is warm, clean, dry, well stocked with weird and wonderful things to play with or drape a model over

Always recommended, you have to see it to believe it. Get down there and enjoy yourself. :)

had another great shoot at this venue, its been a few years since my last with covid & everything else & wow has there been some massive changes, improvements & upgrades while still being a great venue to shoot from

Comms were excellent during booking, all staff super friendly & very helpful & the place is lovely & clean

If you want to shoot some images with a bit of an difference, then this is the place for all your fetish, kink BDSM themed shoots & you can literally spend hour here & never get bored of ideas & location to shoot in

Recently I had my first shoot in there. It’s a fab space, loved posing on the bar top and behind the bar! So many different backdrops, props and furnitures. Would love to go back to shoot there some more :)

Fabulous studio dedicated to Adult themes and studio!...so much work and cleanliness has gone into this establishment it's jaw dropping! I was overwhelmed by the style and decor alone! I had a great session here and could stay here for a week creating images and having fun!...a great vibe with friendly honest hosts it a must visit place for any erotic photographers!....and much more!..thanks Lads for making this place special!

I came along to a group event with Kez Chalinor, not quite knowing what to expect, and I was delighted with the facilities...

Staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean, tidy and orderly.

The various rooms are wonderful to shoot in - if you're brave enough to work without artificial light, and have enough ISO range on your camera, you'll be well rewarded. If you want to take your own lights, take an extension cable, and flash with a modelling lamp and a reflector that lets you exploit shadows...

I want to go back again! Thank you.

Clean, warm, welcoming and very organised.

Four floors of wow to work through full of props and space to create.

A well stocked bar for refreshments ably manned by Jim.

Second time of using this space and it has got even better.

Do yourself a favour, model or photography get yourself on to their next one.

Yet another event at Drastic Fantastic. Vic and her team have always been friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It's just an awesome place to shoot and spend some time. I've been so often I probably should be a full blown member ha ha

Anyway, get yourself to the next event in a couple of months and create some amazing images among good people.

Wow, what a jaw droppingly amazing venue for a shoot! I genuinely mean that as when Jim the owner showed me round I’m sure my mouth must have just dropped wide open as we went from amazing room to amazing room. This was my first visit to this themed club but I’m certain it won’t be my last.

Everything in the description of this venue is there to be used making this truly a very unique location. Jim was really helpful and friendly and I would recommend this place to all photographers looking for something a little bit different.

I once again had the pleasure of working at this unique venue today.

Pre comms were great, the place is amazing to shoot in, there is literally something for everyone. Always spotlessly clean and tidy.

They have recently upgraded some of the rooms and I think the place looks fantastic.

Our host today Jim is lovely, a great character and very accommodating.

Great value for money, we barely touched on the shoot space available in the time we were there, you could shoot here all weekend and still not shoot everything.

Great people warm atmosphere and made to feel very welcome and comfortable.

We will definitely be returning in the near future :)

What a place :) I spent the day shooting at Drastic Fantastic Studio Dungeons, and barely scratched the surface of what this amazing location has to offer. Such a variety of sets from the bar, nightclub, pole, jacuzzi, showers, dungeon, jail cells, the klinik... and loads more. You'd need at least a week of solid shooting to do this place justice. What Vicky and Jim have done with this rabbit warren of an old building is just amazing.

All the windows are covered too - which opens up all kind of opportunities for effects.

Jim is a top bloke, and made us feel welcome from the start. He is very open and engaging to talk to, and I had to remind myself to go and shoot some pictures - we could have just spent all day chin-wagging in the bar :P

Our time in The Dungeon went past all too quickly. Now I've seen it first-hand, I can't wait to get back in there and shoot some more.

What can I say about the dungeon that has not been said before?

I honestly don't know... ha ha

I'll say this, when Vicky and her team put an event on, it's damn well organised, and run, and the event always generates amazing images. The venue itself is outstanding, always clean and tidy, and always ready for whatever we can glean from it.

I'd recommend the dungeon in a heartbeat, I love the place, and it's always an honour and a pleasure to shoot there.

It has been far far too long since my last visit to a photography open day.

The venue has been totally refurbished, and looks absolutely amazing. Always welcoming, and happy to see you, great service from start to finish, and always with the safety as well as the comfort of guests, I cannot fault this place.

If you've never been, you are truly missing out, you have to try to attend one of the events, but do keep an open mind. :)

Excellent shoot here yesterday, I really could not ask for more from a venue.

Great price, great staff, great service, great experience. Enough said. :)

Had a fantastic shoot at this awesome and quirky place in birkenhead .

The owner is a great host and welcomes you in, shows your around and leaves you in privacy to get on with the remainder of the shoot. Lots of funky rooms and ideas to be made here . Amazing graffiti areas.

Had a great shoot at Drastic Fantastic this afternoon, all the favourite props and scenes as well as some new ones, theyve been busy over lockdown and Jimmy and Vicky have all sorts of new rooms and contraptions to have photographic fun in, its a fascinating venue, nothing quite like it and if you book a whole day you still wont get around everything. If your photography needs to move beyond flat backgrounds this is the place, everything you see is a possibility and I love going there.
