Well where do I start 😆 … madhouse yes for sure he definitely is the madhouse .. great to work with, always a great laugh, I was very nervous the first time I ever done a photoshoot.. that didn’t last long he instantly made me at ease with his down to earth self and his wise cracks all the time .. great guy , always look forward to a shoot with kev xx

I enjoyed a fantastic day's shooting at the madhouse today, Kev is an incredibly warm and welcoming character and made me feel very much comfortable and at ease. The photographers selected for shooting were also professional, friendly and we achieved some brilliant images. Thank you Madhouse, and merry Christmas!

Jesus .. where do i start with Kev?

Ok , so apologies for taking THIS long to write his reference..

Kev is one of those guys with a heart bigger than he can handle. He is sooo very humble and accomodating to every single one of his guests. He doesnt charge enough for his studio really- so il keep telling him off about that haha... But you can tell why he has a regular flow of clients. kev greets every single one of his guests with a smile and absolute respect. He provides refreshments on tap and has a perosnailty to die for !!!

Kev and i had some good chats, no awkwardness or ill silences , i actaully felt like i already knew him and i was totally comfortable in his home and his presence. So much than rather than go to my hotel and continue my work, i decided to stay for tea, which he adamantly had to pay for (next one is on me you sod!!)

He really does call everyone hun, and you need to meet him and see how lovely is before you act up like a snowflake and call him out on it .

Right , i suppose i better get on with the studio ... its small but its cosy . Kev can run multiple backdrops from one room which is just as good as a larger space. He has a lovely bedroom to shoot from , which wa sdecorated with a crisp white bedding set, which is my favourite! He also has a rather photographic shower area , which is strangley fitted witht he shower in the middle and above the bath, which is perfect for shooting shower sets.

He has more props and outfits than i do !!! I didnt want to wear anything of my own. Im not talking about a few garments took from a chairty shop , i mean he has a fully functioning "MODEL" wardrobe , which is just the BEST for shoots.. No wonder hes being chased by women every other day for shoots haha!!!

and he sold out a whole three days of shooting for me !!!!

Would i shoot ther again ... prfft ,.. YES .

I have been to 2 photoshoots at TheMadHouse now, both times I was welcomed by Kevin and helped with advice with getting the most from the shoot. Relaxed fun atmosphere, plenty of banter and outstanding models on both occasions, I will definitely be going again.

Also the lighting and backgrounds are plentiful and more than you will need.

Had a great 2 days shooting at the Madhouse

Kev was very hospitable and hosted me and put me up for the night, he was fun and had me laughing the whole time, his little friend Elvis the cat stole my heart and if not to shoot I’d be back for a cuppa and cuddles with Elvis while chatting to kev!!

Great range of outfits, more than most woman! And I felt comfortable and well looked after

What can I say about kev, I wish I could swear but he absolute ucking amazing person. I think some people really do take him wrong and if you really knew him he is a bundle of joy. This was my first time staying at the madhouse with kev for two days "wish it was longer". I travelled to Newport and he kindly got me a lift to Ebbw Vale. Bless him he had to put up with my burps and farts and feed me every 2 hours. Kev really does look after his model that come to stay. He showed me round and he had more women clothes then a women does. So many props and even a blow up penis hehe. Honestly I can't say not one bad word about kev I think I have made a friend for life. Elvis the Neighbors cat I feel in love with, please don't forget if they don't want her no more give me a call and il pick her up lol haha. Kev your amazing please don't change your amazing Geeza I cant wait to come back to madhouse studio

Thank you so much for looking after me the one thing that I'm not gonna forget is you helping me get in and out of latex outfits 🤣 what was the other Photographers thinking about thee noise we was making

Just had a great shoot at the Madhouse at Tania Aresti's studio day.

The studio is amazing. An absolute aladdin's cave with masses of outfits, accessories, props and backdrops offering endless opportunities for shots.

Kev was on hand to provide lighting advice and offering suggestions for outfits from his massive wardrobe.

Definitely very highly recommended and I certainly hope to be back soon.

What a pleasure it was to do a studio day at The Mad House!

Kevin is oh so much fun to be around & even his reference he left me here made me giggle.

He is a great host and made me feel welcome while i stayed with him.

We had lots of entertaining chats, he is professional & i felt comfortable around him at all times.

The studio itself has so many different props i was like a kid in a candy store getting to dress up with all they had to offer.

I highly recommend & I would love to come back.

He is both kind, polite and professional, funny and so down to earth!

Every prop you could image is available with a good lighting set up to match, I can’t wait to get back - considered moving into the shed 😂

I had my 1st shoot at The Mad House on the weekend and it was like stepping into the tardis! Normal house on the outside, epic studio on the inside! Every room was filled with outfits, accessories & props, you name it and they had it!

Kev was brilliant fun, and a super host. He created a really welcoming, friendly atmosphere, made some brilliant suggestions for lighting effects that looked amazing and let me use anything there that I fancied.

Any look or theme you'd want to create could be done there without you needing to bring a thing with you! I would 100% recommend this as a studio.

The BEST weekend of shooting! I can’t put into words how much fun I had. Kev was absolutely wonderful! His hospitality is amazing and he just has such a big heart of gold! Can’t rave enough about how fun TheMadHouse was! Already planning for future shoots there! If you haven’t been to TheMadHouse yet you MUST! Such a fun studio to work in. Not to mention the selection of outfits you can choose from! Was so amazing to try new styles and kevs awesome collection of stuff allowed me to do just that! Definitely loved my little buddy Elvis the cat too! So impressed with the images that I have come away with. Was shot by some wonderful photographers! Everyone was so kind and professional! Not to mention TALENTED! Can’t wait to stay at TheMadHouse again soon! Kev is truly one in a million! Highly recommend!! Couldn’t do enough for you! X

My first ever time in Wales and my first time shooting at The Mad House :D Kev is super friendly, chatty, has a brilliant sense of humour, was very hospitable and made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire weekend. His home studio is insane with the most enormous collection of clothing, shoes, props, wigs, backdrops etc! I’ve never seen anything quite like it before! The photographers he had booked to work with me were all very lovely too and the majority of them were close friends of Kev’s and it was lovely to meet them and work with them. Despite having so much stuff, his home studio is incredibly organised and clean and the bed was very comfy! He provided me with fresh towels, his snack drawers in the fridge (a healthy and an unhealthy side which I made full use of) and topped me up with cups of tea throughout the day and he made me feel right at home. A highly productive weekend was had with tonnes of photos taken but it was still relaxed and enjoyable with banter and lots of fun! I highly recommend The Mad House to other models :D Thanks again for having me!

I had my first (pretty much sold out!!) studio weekend at The Madhouse this past weekend and it was a blast!

Kevin is super laid back and helpful, hosted me for the weekend and even let me show him the world of Drag Race after shooting was done lol! He sorted me out lifts from and back to Newport Station as I don't drive and even insisted on sleeping on an airmatress downstairs so I could sleep in a bed.

There's also a very friendly neighbourhood cat called Elvis that I happily fussed during breaks!

Kevin managed all the bookings and helped with backdrops etc when required and let us get on with it throughout the day, as well as being friendly and chatty and making teas and coffees.

The studio has so much to work with, different backdrops and props as well as a huge selection of clothing, shoes and lingerie to shoot in.

I would definitely recommend Kevin and the studio and hope to be back again sometime! :)

Whey! Pleased to have had my first ever visit and studio weekend at Kev's 'Mad house studio'!

I was delighted to be invited down and meet a new bunch of creatives (-may I add with minimal effort from my side,) but also to actually step foot in the 'mad house' which I'd heard so much about. Did it beat my expectations.. most probably yes, however it didn't actually seem that mad. The organisation and cleanliness was top notch. What is mad is that Kevin the sweet, kind hearted man he is has transformed his house and filled it with EVERYTHING anyone could possibly need, endless amounts of back drops, props, outfits, he was on board at all and any time offering tips to the photographer(s), drinks and snacks to all, changing sets, lighting and bedding. Kevin even downloaded the images for one photographer. I stayed at the mad house and Kevin and I stayed up chatting, he cooked me dinner and even gave me a wake up call in the AM and helped me get my flat tyre sorted. From our pre communication and then the minute I met Kevin I knew not only were I in 'safe hands' but he is also one hell of a guy. Loads of laughter and convo. Brilliant images created, it's a no brainer, most certainly recommend. Thank you for having me! 🤩

I've spent amazing two days at Kev's house shooting with few amazing photographers during my trip to Wales

The house is full of props, clothes, and anything you can imagine related to photography

The atmosphere is very relaxed, Kev is very fun person, and we had lots of laugh

Kev is also the best host you can imagine and made me feel very comfortable

I really can't wait to be there again and definitely recommend the studio to other touring models and photographers!
