Excellent studio space where we managed a fantastic shoot in a small window of time. Pre-shoot comes were excellent and site organisers had warmed up the room for us before going in. A very welcome touch for our nude model. Will 100% use again at the next opportunity.

With Shibari rigger JT and a novice bondage model, I came back to The Facility for a four-hour shoot.

As usual, there was a warm and friendly welcome, and the facilities were - unsurprisingly - excellent.

I'd say this is a good place for novices to find out about BDSM photography, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others - or to return myself.

It was great to be back at thefacilitystudios today, this time shooting with Joceline. The amount of apparatus, and props was amazing and the two rooms both offered entirely different moods. Big John was amazing from start to finish, helping with lighting, moving things around, and of course the frequent cups of coffee and tea. He also kindly topped for us, producing some incredible images, looking incredible in his suit and tie! I also have to thank John for the flexibility he showed, in the month leading up to the shoot. The studio have also invested in some LED lighting, which worked brilliantly for the mood that we were creating. Thank-you John, I hope it's not too long before I'm back. I'm happy to recommend thefacilitystudio to other photographers and models.

Today I was part of a group experience of models and photographers at TheFacilityStudios.

It is such a cool, unique a diverse location with so many themes backdrops, sets and a whole bondage dungeon that is out if this work with 1 of a kind pieces of equipment.

The staff are friendly, helpful and will so anything to cater for you. Unlimited coffee offers and a great spread of food is always a bonus too.

Fantastic studio and I can't wait to shoot here again!

There's not a part you cannot use in the Former industrial building - 3 floors in one building, BDSM Dungeon upwards, 1-2 the other multi use Rooms, including the outside its very good,

This studio is so cool, exciting, creative and full of tea best kink and fetish pops / items.

Big Join is such a nice, down to Earth guy and the other staff are accommodating, helpful and full of energy and enthusiasm.

Had my first shoot at the Facility Studio and also my first one after lockdown so was a bit apprehensive but I did not need to be as John was on the ball and all the kit there for us to use to make sure we stayed safe under the current conditions.

The studio is large and in 2 buildings with plenty of space for all sorts of sets. I would certainly enjoy working there again as I did not get anywhere near using all the available props during our 4 hour shoot.

Highly recommended but best to contact John through his website about bookings.

Sadly another model no-showed before the shoot.

John was, once again, a true gentleman and didn't complain about another cancellation from me due to model cancellation on me.

Will only re-book when I have found a reliable model that I have worked with 2-3 times to avoid wasting his time.

Have shot here more times than I can count, if you are looking for a fetish studio then this is the place. Large rooms stocked with more fetish equipment than you could ever get around to using unless you booked for a straight week.

Friendly staff and endless tea and coffee.

Always a pleasure to work there.

I needed a local studio to shoot and in The Facility Studio had all the set up's I need for this shoot.

I was Clean, tidy and warm (heating was on) and they where respectful of privacy and did not clock watch (went over by 20min and nothing said)

This is one place I would recommend to anyone and use again

I needed to shoot in a dungeon... A natural choice round here is The Facility.

Really oddly, far warmer than most studios - models, take note. You will be comfortable! It's also clean and tidy - always a big plus.

I had my first shoot at The Facility Studio today. What an amazing place! I only used one room, the Rough Dungeon. It’s terrific in terms of moody and authentic with its brick walls and dark brick floor.

The owner was friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. Whilst the room looks like a cold dungeon, the heating was terrific, especially for a chilly November day.

Can’t wait to get back there and use the other rooms.

I organized a film shoot yesterday at the Facility Studios and couldn't be happier.

What a brilliant place, the owners were so friendly and helpful and even advised me on what sets I can use for the shoot and worked with me throughout. Loved the sets , such a wide choice and din't even manage to see them all.

Definitely the best studio of it's kind, I'd recommend it to every photographer and professional.

Will be back soon!!

Had a shoot at The Facility with the fantastic April O and professional fetish tog Aychee . As a amateur tog I can tell you that its does what it says on the tin. As its a working studio and a Fetish club the equipment is all real and built to last so you can feel the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Plenty of stuff so you will not be short of ideas to try out. The room were we worked in was very big and you will need lighting so do bring your own or ask the management. We had our own toilet to use so did not have to go far for breaks, everything was clean and tidy. Meet John who runs it and he supplied all 3 of us with water ( hot day ) and told us were to get hot drinks if we needed. Never turn down a free brew. No problem with parking and no problem getting there. However for obvious reasons it has not got a huge sign saying The Facility so keep your eyes pealed. So if you want the real McCoy this is the place and not a mock up in a studio there is a big difference. I would recommend The Facility to other togs as you will not get anything more real than this place. Big thanks to John and the staff at The Facility.

This is the second time I have worked at The Facility Studio and it was as good an experience as the first time. The atmosphere is very relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. The studio itself is warm and spacious so there is plenty of room for models to get changed and move around when not on set. Tea and coffee are plentiful and the overall experience is very pleasing. There are lots of sets for you to use too.

Can't wait for the next opportunity to visit and have another great experience, thanks to The Management for a great day.

I have worked at the facility studio several times and each time has been a very enjoyable experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The studio offers a wide range of rooms for whatever scenario you are shooting, i can't recommend this place enough, hope to work here again very soon!!! thanks guys :) x x

Not 100% certain what the date was, but it was around this time that I did not only my first BDSM shoot, but my first shoot ever. John always does his utmost to make you feel comfortable and I have absolutely no trouble in recommending the studios to anyone thinking about hiring a studio.
