References for Studio88

I was booked on a shoot with Emma at the studio, this was my first time visiting Rob's studio, communications on how to get to the studio were sent promptly with great detail and even included a Timelapse video showing the route to take which was most helpful.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and a big hello, and promptly handed a nice cup of tea.

The studio is on 2 levels with nice open and well lit upper section where we had 2 setups, Rob offered advice on the lighting setups and allowed me to move the lights around to achieve the look I was after, on the ground floor is the infinity curve which was setup with continuous light, smoke machine and lasers, I left this shoot till the last.

The studio is well kept, clean and has plenty of space to move around, there is a wide range of lighting.

I finally made it to Studio88 and had a fantastic shoot with the studio owner before working with another photographer. We were working downstairs in studio A and had a great shoot. The studio was warm and I was greeted with a cup of tea on arrival before being shown to the changing room. The studio is spacious and well equipped, with tonnes of different modifiers and softboxes. Rob, the studio owner, was very helpful and happily set up various lighting set ups up for the photographer.

I felt very comfortable in the studio and would definitely recommend it to other creatives. I didn't get the chance to visit the natural light portion of the studio, but would absolutely love to in the future!

Worked at Studio88 for the first time and am very happy that I did :-)

The studio has lots of space, great natural light and enormously versatility for the things you'd be able to shoot there. Rob, the owner was very helpful and friendly. He walked me around the facilities and then let us get on with the shoot.

Very happy to have chosen Studio88 and hope to be back there soon. Highly recommended :-)

First time i have shot at studio88. It isn't too bad to find if you look it up on Google maps beforehand. Lovely space with natural light and some good Props! I think they have a room full of stuff you can use! The model changing area was a great size, clothes rail, big mirror and warm. Rob the owner is friendly and left us to it. I definitely want to shoot there again!

I finally got to shoot and work down at Studio 88 and it did not disappoint.

I was casted to shoot for a new up up-and-coming gym/clothing brand and Studio 88 was he perfect place.

The studio is very spacious, with a great variety of equipment and all the necessities to make you feel comfortable while shooting.

Hopefully I can get down again to shoot here - certainly the perfect studio for any photography needs... also, reference #100! :D

Studio88 is an absolutely fantastic space to shoot/model in.

Rob, the host, is friendly, polite, respectful and great to chat with.

The studio itself offers plenty of versatile backdrops, set ups and props. You will never run out of ideas!

I've shot twice at Studio 88 over the last few weeks and both times have been a delight.

Rob's an excellent host, very helpful and considerate. Happy to assist when needed or leave you in peace. The studio is excellently kitted out and has great facilities with a good changing room, kitchen and bathroom. Studio B is a wonderful natural light space that is really versatile and a joy to work in.

I'm sure I'll be back soon, thanks Rob.

I had an opportunity to book studio88 for my work with two models: Emma and Victoriah.

I booked studio B (natural light space at first floor) and I was very happy with the studio space, designated areas, and equipment provided for me (please note taht I used my lighting system)

Changing room for models was provided plus kitchen and toilet access aor all of us.

Fantastic place taht I am happy to recommend to everyone :)

This is a fantastic studio! I was looking for a new fave studio after my previous one sadly closed its doors. The Studio profile on here looked exactly what I was after and when I dropped in for a visit I know right away that this was the place for me. Rob, the owner, is great and really puts the effort in to creating a brilliant shooting space. Every prop or lighting modifier is on hand and Rob is the perfect host at every level, from making sure the tea and biccies are there to offering any technical or practical help you need with selecting the best approach for your shoot. I love the fact that it is blessed with some brilliant natural light space but you can also easily shoot strobes there at the drop of a hat. Free parking on site just puts the cheery on a fantastic cake. I Looking forward to many more happy visits here. Cheers Rob!

Studio 88 is a great place to shoot. Rob is equally wonderful in helping the Photographers in need. When I could not find a model in time for a water tank shoot, Rob was really helpful in recommending and arranging time with a Model.

Not just that Rob and Nel helped me with the shoot and recalibrate my Nikon Z5 to get some awesome pictures.

I have lost count of how many times I've worked at this studio, but its always a pleasure every time

This time I attended for the water tank / splash pool workshop (and a few other shoots during the day)

The water tank was very, very cold - however I was well looked after with Rob constantly topping up the hot water bottles and tea and making sure I took plenty of breaks to warm up

I always have a good laugh when I'm there, and feel very safe and looked after

Will always recommend the studio and Rob to any photographer needing a space to shoot! :)

Had my first trip to Studio88 for the Water Tank Workshop with Maleficent. Rob was very helpful with explaining where to park, and helped me navigate to the studio from the car park.

Once in the studio Rob was warm and friendly, and helped us to get going with the lighting equipment. He is very knowledgeable and showed us how to get the best of the Water Tank and the lighting set up. He even gave us freedom to play around with the flash setting to give us a better understanding of how the flash would affect the images we were creating!

Highly recommend Studio88, friendly and knowledgeable staff who will help you get the images you want! Looking forward to their next Water Tank Weekend! (I've already booked a slot!)

Went down to Studio88 for the first time today for a short shoot with 1hannahlou on her water shoot day…Rob was very kind and welcoming and generous with his assistance on experimenting with the lighting. I arrived a little early so I got a brew and he showed me round the whole studio…a real hidden gem this place, a true aladdin’s cave, very well kitted out and with plenty of options for different sets and a nice curve with plenty of colour options for backdrops etc…Now that I know where it is and the treasures it holds, I’ll be back for sure!!!

This was my first trip to Studio88 for their splash pool day with Hannah.

Rob was very friendly and helpful, helping me to move lights around and get the water reflections I was aiming for during the shoot.

The studio itself had plenty of space, only used upstairs, and everything needed for the session. I saw lots of other props which I'd love to use on a future visit.

Certainly recommend the studio and look forward to going back.

First time visiting this studio for Hannah Lou's modelling day with the splash tank they had set-up. Had a great shoot in a lovely studio.

Rob was very welcoming and friendly and a great host. Very helpful with lighting tips and tricks which was especially helpful with the splash tank and getting the best results from it.

Highly recommend this place, looks like it has good potential for future shoots as well so will definitely be back!

Looking forward to coming back soon. :)

I recently shoot at the Studio88 HighWycome; . Rob, the owner/photographer, was incredibly helpful, efficiently setting up all the equipment and making sure I had everything I needed. The studio itself is spacious, providing ample room for creative ideas . dog-friendly policy, allowing me to include my furry friend. The variety of backdrops available. Overall, I had a fantastic time at the Studio88 Highwycome, and I can't wait to return for more memorable sessions. Highly recommended! thanks rob.

Excellent shoot today at Studio88. Rob was very helpful in comms before the shoot and was the perfect host while we were at his studio. The studio is a really versatile and lovely space to work in and is very well equipped with lights, modifiers, props and outfits. I was really grateful to be given a short tour, shown where all the facilities were and then left to crack on with the shoot safe in the knowledge that help was downstairs if I needed it. Will definitely use the studio again and would recommend to all.

Great location and space to shoot in. I used "Studio B" which has great natural light and more lights, modifiers and accessories than you can shake a stick at!

Rob is a great host and nothing is too much trouble.

Whole heartedly recommended by me!
