Chris and I organised a shoot at Basford Hurst Cottage for a couple of hours. All pre comms with Chris were great and he gave me some clear ideas of the sort of things he wanted to shoot, luckily a lot of this was moody black and white work which is exactly the sort of thing I LOVE to shoot!!

On the day of the shoot Chris arrived on time with everything he needed for a great shoot (including a beautiful new lens!!!!). It was also a pleasure to meet his lovely wife Jane who had made the journey with him.

Me and Chris had a quick look around the location and devised a plan of action. We predominantly focused on tasteful art nude, following the light patterns that were available to work with both inside and outside the location. Chris is clearly a very talented photographer and has a great eye for what makes a beautiful image!! The back of the camera looked incredible and I am so excited to see the final edited images!!

Throughout the shoot I felt completely at ease with Chris, he was very respectful of me and happy to ask if he needed anything. Thank you so much for a wonderful shoot Chris, my highest recommendation!!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Chris came to Basford Hurst Cottage for the first time today to shoot alongside studio owner and model Miss C (Leanne) for a few hours in the morning.

Chris made everything very easy to organise and he arrived on time. After a quick chat over a cuppa they began shooting. Throughout the shoot Chris utilised many of the locations around Basford and captured lots of wonderful images. He was completely respectful of both Leanne and our location and happy to ask if he ever needed anything.

We would absolutely reccomend Chris and look forward to seeing him again soon!! Thank you for coming to Basford Hurst cottage!!

I had my 1st studio group shoot and Chris was 1 of the photographers. He made me feel very welcomed and at ease straight away. Chris knew exactly what images he wanted and also showed me some of his amazing work. Chris is very creative and has so much knowledge of photography that i was just enjoying listening and learning from all 3 photographers.

This was the 2nd time I have modeled for Chris. He knows exactly what he wants from each set and has great skills setting up lighting. He has such awesome ideas and has a great eye. We got so many awesome shots even know we were nearly boiled alive in the studio as it was like the hottest day of the year hehe. Hope to model for Chris again in the not too distant future.

I had such an amazing time shooting with Chris

This was our 2nd shoot, first 1-1 shoot, and can I just say, WOW! We got through SO MANY sets it was so much fun! I am so impressed with the quality of Chris's lighting, backdrop set ups and ideas.

Chris and I had a delightful phone call to discuss the shoot and share ideas, we also had an awesome moodboard Chris had made (we had access throughout the shoot via his iPad) so much inspiration made for a very productive shoot.

I really look forward to shooting with Chris again, hopefully at the waterfalls next time :D

I met Chris at a group shoot at Attic studios. Chris obviously knew what he was doing when it came to lighting and photography techniques. He even helped out the other photograohers who were there with their shots.

I thoroughly enjoyed Modeling for Chris and do hope to do it again in the future very soon :) The shots we got in the time we worked together were amazing. 100% recomended.

Iv just had my first shoot with Chris, this wasn't something organised between ourselves, Chris had booked on a studio day we're I was asked to stand in last min,however that didn't go as planned but Chris was happy to go ahead regardless.. From the moment we met to shoot in lytham st annes i knew we would get along.

The shoot flew by ...Chris is an absolute gent,a fantastic photographer and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him at such short notice.. I would 100% recommend working with Chris If given the opportunity and hopefully get the chance to shoot together again in the future 👌
