I was so happy I got chance to shoot with my good friend Pete on this trip back. My last trip back was a disaster due to covid. It was only a short shoot but it was so good to have a well long over due catch up.

Once again I had another amazing shoot with my very good friend Pete. This time we shot at an apartment in Manchester which had some amazing natural light. Think this was our best shoot ever as we did get so many amazing images.

Pete is always a pleasure to work with, we always have a good laugh and catch up. From what I saw at the back of the camera I really cant wait to see the images.

Look forward to our next shoot.

Today was my first shoot with Pete, that ended up being over two days, haha! We had been discussing things for a few months due to covid restricting us from shooting. I contacted Pete as I’d fallen in love with his images as soon as I saw them, and was delighted when we began to discuss shooting together. Pre comms were on point!!

Pete has no hesitation to travel the 400 mile round trip to come down to me. He stayed over the night at a barn conversion just up the road from my house. It was absolutely stunning! There was so much character and the possibilities were endless. We looked around and decided where we’d shoot to get the most out of the awesome natural light that was available. And boy did we make good use of it.

After a break from shooting for a couple of hours, I returned and we continued shooting, but this time with the lighting that was available at the barn. Again the images that we created were fantastic. Pete played around with different lights to create what we’d wanted, although Pete bought his whole lighting set up, we didn’t even get it out of the car!!

The following day before Pete drove home. We decided to make use of the fact that we COULD shoot, and DID. Pete came along to my house and we continued to shoot there, again using the awesome natural light available.

We worked through lots of different sets and really explored different styles. I love that I had a few ideas that I wanted to try with flour and golden syrup, and Pete was more than happy to do them. We had so much fun and the many hours that we’d spent shooting over the two days just seemed to fly by.

Pete is absolutely fantastic. His photography skills are fab and he really knows his stuff. I have been totally blown away with the images we created, I can’t wait to share more of them with you all. Friendly and professional, Pete allowed me to free flow but was able to direct me when needed. It was such a great shoot.... And I most definitely can’t wait to shoot again!!

First shoot with pete today absolutely brilliant day loved it and got some really good photos. Made me feel at ease and the shoot was enjoyable as well made me laugh was a joy to work with never pushed me to do anything I diddnt want to do felt very comfortable throughout .

I had the pleasure of shooting with Pete shortly before joining purple port. The communication was spot on and made me feel at ease before the shoot. He made me feel comfortable and remained professional and wasnt pushy at all In regards to my limitations. Overall I was very pleased with this shoot and had a fantastic time in our first of hopefully many shoots. The images we captured were amazing and the after communicating was also fantastic as was then speed of getting my images to me.

Highly recommend and look forward you working with you in the future.

Pete is a lovely guy, very professional and makes you feel so at ease. He knows what he’s doing and is helpful at suggesting different shots and poses. I have had the pleasure of shooting with him multiple times and cannot recommend him enough. He is very quick at sending the edits over and always finishes them to a high standard. I can’t wait to shoot with Pete again in the future!!

What a great photographer he new exactly what he was doing and made sure he got the right photo every time.

I shot with pete on the 28th nov and this was my very first shoot I’d ever done so I was feeling very nervous and insecure but pete made me feel comfortable and safe in his studio straight away. After a few hours infront of the camera I felt a lot more confident as pete guided me through the shoot and we came out with amazing images! I highly recommend shooting with pete as he is a great photographer and lovely person Inside and out :)

Shot with Pete yesterday for the first time, was my

First proper shoot!

Really friendly guy & made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was a home shoot so was limited to what we could do.
