I'm a full time professional photographer and owner of the newly opened Cherry Studios in Southport.
Having spent 23 years in the Law, I retired in 2013 after selling my business. I then turned a lifelong hobby into a new profession, as a sports photographer. It was through this avenue that I discovered a passion for fashion and more commercial work. I enjoy the precision and control of studio photography, in its stark contrast to the ever flowing nature of the sports photography I still undertake.
Having found a perfect building, one of the oldest cinemas in the UK, and converted it into a modern studio, I continue to pursue all creative aspects of the industry.
I'm easy going and enjoy all elements of the creative process, to include my own post-production editing. I'm open to any suggestions of collaboration, so feel free to drop me a message with any thoughts or ideas.
I take inspiration from all sources, but particularly enjoy the Pin-Up work of Alvarado.
