Paul was present as a photographer at a group shoot event in Birmingham recently organised by Nicole Rayner. Paul was very pleasant to work with and communicative! He had his own ideas he wanted to develop.

Thank you for the nice time and hope to see you again!

My second 1-1 with Paul at my home studio was fantastic. This time we focused on a steampunk theme and we discussed styling/sets in the run up to the shoot. Paul arrived prepped and ready with a box of backdrops and props for us to use. Paul is fun and easy going to work with, his images are coming out great, I hope to work with him again soon!

I had a wonderful afternoon with Paul at Map Studios . Paul is such a joy to work with , he is friendly , relaxed and just made me feel comfortable at all times . I had a stressful morning but he was understanding and we got stuck right into shooting and I soon cheered up . Paul is great when it comes to working as a team , he was happy to try it himself first and then ask for help where needed . Paul was also very keen to have the models input into the shoot and the shots itself which is great . Paul is very keen to learn and with his mind set im sure his skills will grow quickly . Thanks Jessica x

Paul and I got the chance to work together recently on a studio photoshoot at Biscuit Studios with another lovely photographer in a 1-to-2 format. The shoot was an utter dream and the exact ideal example of how shooting in a small group/pair can work so well! :D It was only ever one-on-one actual shooting at any given time to ensure that the material we were creating was the best it could be with proper rapports/working relationships and individual ideas bouncing. The pace was super chilled-out and there was always time to have refreshments and review the pictures we were creating in-between sets. It was honestly such a positive shoot and my experience left me totally down for shooting with Paul again in the future should the opportunity arise again! :D

Through the course of the session we were able to smash a terrific range of funky concepts and styles... The teamwork vibe was through the roof and my own input/suggestions were valued too as we rolled on through the shoot bagging epic images: I would walk out with whatever outfit/accessories I’d assembled at any given point and the lights were subsequently arranged to suit and compliment in the making of that “wow” photographer. Needless to say: the high-fives and “YAY” moments were very frequent indeed! :D Paul is a great photographer in his own right too with a genuine creative eye for an image and appreciation of details which make a shot pop. He’d not done a massive amount of shoots when we worked together, but I genuinely wouldn’t have known had he not told me!

Very importantly: I was given a huge amount of respect, and courtesy from beginning to end on our shoot. :) The studio has its own private model changing room and if I needed anything such as a drink or something: it was just a shout away! I felt at ease at all times working with the guys and we did no end of chin-wagging/laughing and bouncing off each other the entire time which maintained a super fun-to-be-in environment with good-hearted people who clearly move mountains to ensure the models that they work with are happy at all times during a shoot.

As such: I would 100% personally recommend Paul to other models without a second thought! :D And when I next drag myself down to the Midlands with some availability, I’d be buzzing to work with him again!

I was so chuffed that Paul booked me on my return visit to Map.

We covered a range of looks from vintage and retro to lingerie and art nude.

Paul is fab to work with, fun and laid back - he knows the shots he wants and is considerate in sharing what he has captured on the back of the camera.

Thank you Paul for a very enjoyable shoot, until next time!.... :)

This was my second shoot with this gentleman, but it almost feels like we’ve worked together more! On both occasions I have worked with Paul alongside his fellow photographer Kaspont; and it’s just a barrel of laughs every time, but also absolutely no effort to dive into a great rapport that you normally expect when you’ve worked with people several times. :D I am honestly over the moon that Paul and Mark were free again during my tour dates because it leaves you with epic memories when you look back at your “on the road” adventures and all the cool people you worked with. :)

Our shoot took place at Biscuit studio in Coalville as before; the guys use the studio a lot so they’re very up-to-scratch with all the gear... The place also offers a number of cool sets and prop options too adding extra innovation to a team at creative work. :) So... The brews were served up, and after a leisurely chit-chat at the beginning (which basically continued all the way to the end haha!) we cracked on and began nailing fabulous pictures with sass and drama. Paul is especially sharp with his eye for an image, and it’s really quite fun working with him because you might cook up a look from your wardrobe as the lights/background is being sorted and Paul will spot imaginative opportunities as you actually go along. So his mind is always ticking and his enthusiasm simply through the roof! When we first met, Paul hadn’t been shooting models for all that long... So it’s really lovely to see him in full swing with his shoots and really getting into the vibe of coming up with things and grabbing the moments as they arise. The patience and care he exerts to reproduce the picture in his head to the scene in the camera is exemplary - something which I really notice when I see photographers doing their thing. Because it’s this concentration and determination that can make a shot into a WOW shot!

Nothing changed from before - we just nattered and gossiped until we parted ways at the end of the day. The 4 hours just zoomed by, and it was a true blast! :D Your job becomes very different when you’re working with people that you really do get on well with. And Paul is a really nice, straight-talking guy who ALWAYS brings professionalism and courteous etiquette to his shoots... The models receive respect at all times, and I just felt utterly relaxed from start to finish. He’s a genuinely nice bloke, and it goes without saying that I’ll be over the moon to shoot together for a third time should the opportunity arise! Very highly recommended for sure! :)

Paul kindly let me whizz through the pictures during breaks at the end to nab some “back of camera” snaps... And talk about that moment when you’re stuck for which to snap! :P Lots of goodies in his camera, let me tell you!

Thank you soooo much Paul! And roll on the next time! :D

I have been working with Paul through Pgd photography social event cosplay night. I was posing as Elektra, he created a couple of stunning images I adore. The communication was great, it's easy to collaborate with him. I felt relaxed and confident about his professionality as a photographer. I do recommend models to get in touch with him and create some fantastic work together.

I worked with Paul for the first time yesterday while I was at Map studios. Paul shot me with fellow photographer Mark K and they both shared the 2hr session.

I found Paul to be professional, kind, easy to talk and nice company on a shoot. Paul is new to model photography but is open to learn and get better, he took some lovely images yesterday and I think he will grow as a photographer. I would recommend Paul to other models and I am more than happy to shoot with him again.

Thanks for a great shoot,

Carla

We had spoke briefly before so it was lovely to finally meet Paul tonight.

He was a delight to work with, has a good eye for a photo and came up with some different lighting suggestions which put a whole new 'light' on the subject - well it would wouldnt it lol!. Very effective and I for one loved it.

I would totally recommend Paul and would most certainly work with him again. Thank you :)

Paul shot me at a group shoot held at MAP studio a week or so back. He was there on time and ready to shoot which was great. He let me know what sort of thing he would like to shoot but also let me put my own stamp on it. He gave me goo direction too. It was a really enjoyable shoot. He is a good photographer and a really friendly guy. I would definitely recommend.
