The main processing here was to limit the lightness of her skin (which was actually a little brighter in the shot than is seen here). This produced an appearance much closer to how I saw her face by eye at the time and gives more emphasis to her eyes, by contrast, and to her lustrous hair. The lighter tones in the original were battling slightly with those features.
