I had a very fun and creative shoot with Simon recently at his home studio. Pre-comms were spot on and I loved the eccentric and interesting idea he had with the theme of the shoot. Simon was very welcoming and made me cups of tea and even provided me with lunch which was most kind. He is professional, respectful, has a great sense of humour and is an overall joy to work with. Simon had collected the most amazing accessories and clothing pieces to create a gorgeous costume for a fantasy queen concept he had. He gave me great direction but also allowed me to pose freely and give input too. The photos I have seen on the back of his camera are amazing! I highly recommend Simon to other models and I would certainly work with him again in the future. Thanks again :)

I have been shooting with Simon more years than I care to mention! I have so much respect for this wonderful man. I don't think I can name another photographer who puts more time, energy and thought into his shoots. Simon is full of ideas, some of which are wonderfully whacky and off the wall - making every shoot different and so much fun. I love trying my best to assist in bringing these fabulous ideas to life. If you have the chance to shoot with Simon, grab it with both hands - I couldn't recommend more highly :)

I really enjoyed my shoot with Simon :) he had some really whacky and fun ideas and great energy from start to finish.

I loved his concepts and themes, one of my favourite recent shoots and also just an interesting, kind and fun person to spend the afternoon with.

His hospitality was paramount and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Love love love working with Simon. He is such a cool dude! He has mad ideas and wacky concepts and I just love how much energy, passion and planning he does for each and every one of them.

Simon is also hilarious, easy to get on with and I savour every moment during our shoots.

Highly recommended and after 11/12?! shoots together, he is high up on my most favourite photographers to work with :)

I had another frankly fabulous shoot with Simon this month - this time at his home. He had transformed his living room into a studio in preparation, which enabled us to shoot several different sets in a really relaxed way. I was even given some wardrobe choices, which was fun! We started the day with one of Simon's wonderfully whacky and wild ideas - which are always my absolute favourite images to shoot. I have lost track of the number of times I have teamed up with this wonderful human, and long may it continue - they are the best of shoot days :)

It is so lovely working with a photographer with similar artistic tastes- I just knew Sitron and I would get on after he booked me for a pre raphaelite inspired shoot in a warm comfy, very pretty location! He brought even more props than I did and it felt like a true collaboration as we bounced ideas around. He was mindful of my comfort at all times, he's easy to get on with and swap ideas with, and the pictures I've seen looked wonderful. I would not hesitate to shoot together again!

Without hesitation, my experience of working with Simon was truly a joy from start to end.

Courteous, talented, respectful and creative, Simon is a true professional and encapsulates everything you want from a photographer... he also makes shooting an absolute blast with his great sense of humour and amazing anecdotes.

Simon came extremely well prepared with lights, dresses, accessories, props... everything! This made shooting feel effortless from my perspective and the creative effort Simon had clearly put in meant for a truly incredible concept.

I also want to say how much I appreciated Simon making sure I was warm enough in the studio by providing me with a total of 4(!) electric heaters and plenty of opportunities for cups of tea to warm up. I really do suffer from the cold, so Simon's understanding of this genuinely meant the world to me and made me feel totally comfortable about something that can be a bit of an issue for me.

I highly recommend shooting with Simon and I really hope I get the opportunity to do so again!

I worked with Simon last week, unfortunately we had to cut the shoot short due to the weather as it was an outdoor shoot and it wouldn't stop raining so we decided it would be best to call and end to it and then rebook for another day (which we're in the process of organising). Simon was great throughout, checking I was warm enough and alright etc. He even brought a couple of gnomes along with him last minute that worked really well throughout the shoot!

I already cannot wait to get this sorted again for a better day weather wise and therefore be much easier to work as well!

Thanks anyway for an interesting but still very enjoyable few hours that was still full of laughs.

I worked with Simon (aka grumps!) again.... This time at the fantastic Pozers studio on a Pin up and Burlesque workshop weekend and had an absolutely lovely day!!

We had such a lovely group and were well and truly spoilt with a beautiful lunch courtesy of Alley at Pozers studio and many wardrobe changes over the course of the day.

Simon is so professional and respectful to work with and fantastic company. He also gives great direction and really gelled with the group. The day flew by in the blink of an eye, like a pin up dream!

I am really looking forward to the resulting images and hope we get to work together again soon! Simon is a friend of mine and super highly recommended to all Thankyou grumps and hope to see you soon! Helen xx

I had a short notice shoot with the lovely Simon (AKA Grumps!) whilst I was on tour in the area and had an absolute blast. Simon always makes me smile, he is such a funny, gregarious, quirky human! He always has a mad idea up his sleeve or a different venue or location in mind! He keeps me on my toes and this time was no exception!

Simon kindly introduced me to "Chilmington Studios" in Kent, which was SUCH an amazing space to use for photography, I will definately be back! I hadn't modelled Latex with Simon before so we whizzed through a few latex dresses and garments and used some of the quirky props available at the studio for some more eccentric poses!

Simon is a laugh-a-minute man and I had such a lovely time! I look forward to the uploads (and the outtakes! :P ) Thank You also for hosting me at your home so short notice!! :) If you get the chance to shoot with Simon-take it!

Well.... we all know you aren't supposed to have favourites... BUT.

I adore Simon - I adore his madness, his interesting and at times slightly nutty ideas, his focus and dedication to the projects that he comes up with... putting so much into translating his concepts into interesting imagery... I could go on, and on, and on. I look forward to working with Simon more than I look forward to any other shoots - and I like my job, so this says a lot. THANK YOU Simon for another wonderful day!

Simon always turns up with a whole load of cool props and unique ideas, I love love love working with him and would do so time and time again.

Wonderful shoot yesterday with Simon and we got some magnificent pics from the 4 hours we worked together.

He has an incredibly large collection of gadgets and photography equipment that made the pictures look clear and very professional. Very creative man and would happily work with him again!

I worked with Simon again- this time on a very short notice shoot in London - on the 29th floor of a stunning apartment! It was a super short notice shoot as the original model chosen unfortunately couldn't make it due to travel plans, so I was only too happy to step in- especialley to work at such a beautiful location!! :)

I am afraid of heights...but I soon forgot all about it when we were in the apartment - it was such a stunning location that Simon sourced and so much fun to model in! One of Simons cameras went on the bleep- but with a spare in hand we achieved some stunning photos over the half day shoot, with plenty of breaks, cups of tea, tons of chocolate and lots of laughter! I really loved the photos achieved on the day, especialley with the stunning back drops in the apartment and can't wait to see the uploads!

We have shot so many times together now that I consider Simon (AKA Grumps!) as a very good friend- I have loved every single shoot! He is super creative, kind, generous, FUN and original. I have loved our themed shoots together over the years- he puts so much attention into detail, the styling (often sourcing it himself) and the narrative.

Simon is a lovely man! His ideas and creativity you could run with and felt nothing but at ease and relaxed shooting with Simon. Very quirky and funny so you'll have a really easy going shoot with lots of laughs and giggles. The final pictures are stunning and a very talented artist, highly recommended!!!
