Worked at this excellent studio a few days ago, as always received a warm welcome from Pete, and although I had not been to the studio for nearly five years it only seamed !Ike afew months,

Of course the studio has everything that you could possibly need whilst you are shooting there and Pete is on hand if you need any assistance with the lighting,

Overall this was the most enjoyable shoot that I have had in a while!!

WPS is a gem of a find! Had my first group shoot there recently and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The studio has plenty of sets, backdrops and props to keep yourself occupied for ages. Pete the owner is absolutely lovely, professional and ensures you are well looked after. A models safety is paramount to Pete so this is always a winner in my eyes. One of the best run, organised studios I have encountered. Unsurprisingly, WPS comes very highly recommended. Look forward to more future shoots at WPS and thank you once again Pete for everything you have done, much appreciated :)

This is the Studio that got me hooked on studio photography some 11 years ago now. The studio space itself is a large room with high ceilings in a converted brewery featuring many sets. I have shot here many times over the years and always found on each occasion that the studio space offers new possibilities. There is an extensive model list and help is always on hand from the owner Pete, if required. If you are fortunate enough to live locally the club nights (first tuesday on the month) and the Group shoots on the first saturday of the month are excellent value for money and enable you judge whether studio photography is for you. This particular shoot was with with Joceline Brooke-Hamilton whom I first met at a WPS Group Shoot way back in 2006, covered by Practical Photography, and was so enjoyable that we have booked again for November 2017. The reason for posting now is that I have just subscribed to Purpleport.

Another 2 lovely shoots at Wps with Alan48. I love working at this studio and Pete is always helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

I love all the different backdrops and adore working on the swing. This studio is a great place to work and comes highly recommended from me. Thanks Pete!

Had a really lovely meeting and shoot with Pete today. I arrived and he helped me carry my bag upstairs, offered me a drink and was really friendly. We chatted and discussed me joining their books. We then did some test shots and I really enjoyed the shoot. I really can't wait to work more at the studio. He was so kind to drop me off where my husband was, which was so helpful! Thanks Pete!

on a day of sleet, wind and a temperature of 3 degrees, walking into wps was just heaven! Heat, friendly atmosphere, genuine welcome and an immediate coffee - bliss!!

They have so many props and different features at this studio, the possibilities are endless. How wps differ from other studios, a lot of sets occupy the same space rather than cramming as much as possible into small areas. The scope is a lot bigger instead of limiting available shooting area (does that make sense?!?) If you haven't shot there you are missing out, its a real gem of a studio

Had a lovely shoot at WPS last week with a photographer on their books, who was polite and easy to work with. And then to finish off the day I had an hour shoot with Pete who wanted to use me for a project of his, I can't get over how quick Pete is to set up, and working with Pete is so easy as he's so nice and a great photographer. He even dropped me off home at the end of the day to cut my travel time in half (thank you so much!)

Always highly recommended by me, and I'm sure it won't be long until I'm back again!

Had a great time last week at WPS for a last minute group shoot, some regular faces were there as well as some smiling new ones, it's always a pleasure shooting there, nice environment, lovely people, and a good laugh.

Today I also had my first straight booking through the studio, the photographer, Colin, was brilliant, a real gentleman. I can easily and highly recommend the studio for photographers and models.

I've had the great pleasure of shooting at WPS twice last week, on Tuesday I had my first group shoot there which had a brilliant turn out of 9 photographers for the two hours. Everyone was friendly, polite, happy to chat amongst themselves whilst someone else was shooting. Pete was always on hand to help with lighting sets and adjusting the backdrop.

And later in the week I shot on a 121 basis with a regular photographer (Alan48), and again Pete was a star with the lighting, backdrops, and general set design.

I'm very excited to say I'm now on the modelling books at WPS and I'm looking forward to more future shoots at this terrific studio.

I have used this studio many times over the last 10 years. the last time being two days ago.

This studio is greatly undervalued I has many sets and a huge supply of props

Nothing is too much trouble for Pete Dixon {the owner} The studio caters for all photographers from the beginner to the experienced professional

I have no hesitation in recommending it to every one

Had a fab shoot today at WPS :) Have not worked there previously but would look forward to working there again! Wonderful set up - lots of props, great changing facilities, and they even let me pinch a few hobnobs! :D

wps today and as always greeted with a huge smile, warmth and hospitality. Spoilt for choice with sets, props and backdrops.So much potential at this studio backed with heaps of knowledge. You really can't go wrong. Ive been coming here for over 20 years. That statement alone should speak volumes

Had the lovely pleasure of being back at the studio last Thursday, WPS is still to date one of the best studios I've worked in, always warm, welcoming, good tea/coffee, biccies, great changing room, and well the studio it self is amazing. There are so many different sets which can be changed themselves making the studio extremely versatile. Pete is absolutely lovely as well, I turned up early for the shoot so I was able to just sit and have a chat with him. I always feel safe at WPS and know with the utmost confidence that I will have a great shoot there, as everything runs smoothly. Always easily and highly recommended by me, and I hope to be back soon.

Been going to WPS for many years (22 to be precise) has always been the best at what it does 'for photographers by photographers', have been to several studios over the last few years none have the friendly atmosphere that WPS has, the studio is full of loads of sets, background sets and loads of props and backed by the very helpfull easy going owner Pete, very large register of lovely models to shoot. Can't recommend WPS enough

wps is my local studio which I've always had a soft spot for . i love the studio and the studio sets there. i can always have a cuppa when i want and i have the makeover room all to myself,which is private. for makeup and changing.

i have know pete a very long time and i trust his judgement on photographers and safety. pete is always there near the studio for safety. thanks for everything pete , saskia x
