Hello and welcome to my profile! I’m Shannon, a professional, agency-signed and freelance model with several years’ experience, based near London. 

Appearance

With a naturally petite frame, long brunette hair, brown almond-shaped eyes and straight teeth, I have no tattoos or cosmetic enhancements and only a single ear piercing on each ear. Being mixed race (Mediterranean/Asian), I have a rather exotic look that I can enhance in either direction depending on how I style myself and wear my makeup.

Hair & Makeup

Proficient at doing my own makeup to a very high standard. I use high quality products that wear nicely throughout the day, and are tried and true to perform well on camera. If a makeup artist has not been booked, I will arrive ready to shoot with my makeup complete.

While I am skilled at makeup, I do not possess much technical know-how when it comes to hair. I can wear it down, in a ponytail, bun, or braid, but my ability does not go much further beyond that.

Styling & Wardrobe

My wardrobe consists of a variety of classic staple clothing pieces (dresses, blouses, shirts, skirts, trousers, blazers, simple suits etc) and a selection of timeless jewellery in silver and gold. I have been told I have a good sense of style and gravitate towards elegant, classy and simple clothing, rather than a lot of overly trendy items.

If my personal style is not to your taste, I am also happy to work with stylists or for you to bring your own styling to use on our shoot.

Styles and Levels

Primarily a commercial model, I have experience across many different genres with my preferred styles to shoot being fashion, portraits and beauty. I have a lot of experience shooting commercials, beauty and Jewellery campaigns, bridal, music videos and e-commerce - with past clients ranging from clothing, cosmetics, lifestyle and commercial clients to tech brands, property and food & drink companies.

Working with Me

As an individual, I am friendly, vibrant, outgoing and reliable, with a lot of personality. I believe that building rapport with one another makes for a much more successful shoot and results in better imagery overall; I feel very lucky that people enjoy working with me again and again.

I can confidently pose freely without direction, adapting my posing to the mood and styling of each set, but can equally accept and welcome direction whenever needed. If the shoot calls for it, I am not afraid to be expressive and play around with different facial expressions either (I also like to smile!)

I am happy to work with photographers of all levels, from seasoned professionals to beginners, and bring equal enthusiasm across the board. New and beginning photographers can rest assured I bring a great deal of patience, warmth, encouragement, and am happy to provide suggestions and feedback when desired. All I ask is that you are polite and respectful in return :)

Bookings

I am currently accepting paid bookings only. Please enquire about my rates, which are reasonable and reflective of my experience and ability.

I consider myself very reliable, however in the unlikely event that I am not able to attend a shoot, I will always try to give as much notice as possible regardless and ask that you do the same, prior to the 48 hour period before the shoot. While I do my best to be understanding and accommodating, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot without rescheduling, may be subject to a cancellation fee, as it becomes very unlikely I will be able to replace the booking in that time.

Travel

I am happy to travel for shoots and do so on a regular basis. I am also available to travel for shoots abroad and internationally and can be booked as such.

Wherever the agreed shoot, I will require transportation costs to be covered. Because I do not currently drive, I may require a travel deposit to be paid in advance of the shoot in order to secure the booking, so that any necessary train or transport tickets can be purchased in order to get to the location.
