When I first saw Sam's portfolio, I was entranced by the colour, the mayhem and the shinyness of it. I had to work with him.

He is such a lovely guy and even when I'm leaping around like a fruitcake or contorting through ladders, he is considerate and completely professional. I love his ideas - he has a really contemporary style and a sound understanding of lighting.

So glad I shot with him and I hope I get to work with him again in the future :)

Holy crap, what can I say?!

Sam is incredibly talented, resourceful and fun to be around! We got to use his amazing new camera and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything came out. He gave great direction and had loads of interesting ideas for poses! If you're looking for someone with an impressive eye to detail that will turn out tons of great shots, work with him! We built a pastel easter bunny wonderland today, and his composition ability really set the scene! Super duper easy to get along with and will be working with him again very soon :)

Sam is amazing and you'd be nuts not to work with him if you get the opportunity.

I've been wanting to shoot with him since I spotted his work last year - it's colourful, messy, beautifully edited, expressive... it's fab.

Pre-shoot communications were easy and smooth, on the day he met me at the train station and took me to his home where I met his lovely family. He then proceeded to doodle on my armpits - this is the kind of stuff you get to do if you shoot with him!

I am really happy with the pictures we got from the day and I really look forward to working with him again if he'll have me - and I know we'll end up doing something that is completely different whilst still being very "Sam".

Highly recommended, of course.

Crazy fun shoot once I had had a nap for an hour after my arrival :p

Very pleasant, professional and creative-glitter and syrup everywhere! (I was even finding glitter weeks later! Haha).

He was polite, easy to talk to and very talented at what he does- I can't wait to see the results.

Had a glorious shoot with Sam today & already booked to come back again :)

There was sparkly things, glitter, paint & many weird faces, there was accidental hair dying & great comapny.

We produced something very different today & I really like the results.

One weekend, three shoots and a lot of mess later, it felt like I had been at some sort of mess therapy camp! I had a thoroughly awesome and shiny time and really look forward to seeing the images we created. You couldn't ask to shoot with someone more creative, engaging and lovely as Sam, and the brilliance of his images reflects this. Definitely coming up again as soon as I get the chance :) See you soon Goodfridge!

I worked with Sam as a makeup artist and we had an awesome inspired shoot at his house. Shot was very relaxed and the set he made was awesome. Very colourful! Got some lovely shots from the day and we're booked to shoot again soon :) Would very much recommend him to anyone - work with him!

I finally got to shoot with sam and it was worth it! he is a very creative photographer with lots of talent. We spent half the day working in a glittery brightly coloured set (which he made himself) and the images are AMAZING! I enjoyed the shoot and can't wait for the next one!

I was so excited and flattered when said he Sam wanted to collaborate, and after my royal mess up of travel details we were almost made to cancel our first shoot. Thanks to his awesome innovation, we instead amended our plans to a never-before-seen artistic Skype photoshoot :D With two (very difficult for him to direct) Skype-style shoots in the bag he hopped on a few coaches to Bristol (taking 5hours one way!) where he arrived exactly on time, 100% prepared, and ready to begin. He was completely patient and organised, with a real passion for what he creates and what inspires him. Totally approachable and amiable - one of, if not THE most chill person I have ever met. Can not wait to shoot with him again! Obviously recomm :) 

I worked with a few weeks ago, he was very punctual and full of ideas, he created the whole set in my bedroom which was crazy (and a little messy teehee) we had all of the beautiful colours and it translated soo well, even though i was feeling stupidly ill he was very paitent and we had some lovely chats and he created some beautiful imgages which i can't wait to share, i would definitely recommend sam to anyone who is looking for a style that is totally unique and filled with colour :)

First of all, it should be known that i was a major fan of Sam's work before i met him, i loved his compositions and concepts and knew i had to work with him, i was not disappointed.

Sam is one of the nicest photographers i have ever met, he is truly caring and considerate of his models, he has an amazing eye for photography and puts together concepts that other people would overlook - i know i did.

I completely adore Sam, as a photographer and person, we got along well and i would very happily work with him again, i have already seen one photo and it blew me away, absolute honour working with someone so talented.

Really overdue reference but working with Sam was an absolute pleasure. He is super friendly, accommodating and has such a unique style that produces stunning results. You could throw the strangest, most 'out there' idea at Sam and we would find a way to make it beautiful. I would recommend him to any model, old or new, because you're guaranteed to produce something that'll heighten your portfolio!

Sam is awesome! We shot on location as well as in his house studio. He knew exactly what he wanted from the beginning and his vision was clear. We got some really creative shots and I'm so looking forward to seeing the results. Same is super awesome, nice and creative so if you get the chance to work with him, I 100% recommend you to do so. I had my first shoot with Sam last week at his home studio. Despite the weather not co-operating and a train delay as well, it could have been a complete disaster but Sam was very calm, which stopped me worrying! :)

He's full of ideas and interesting props and I really liked his collaborative approach to working (and his intrepid trek to the garden in the rain to bring in some sculptures for me to pose with!)

I love the images I have seen so far and am really looking forward to working together again. :)

Not only is Sam an utterly talented and creative photographer but also a super friendly and nice person. We collected leaves from his amazing garden (which is almost as big as Green Park) and created some really good stuff with them.

Firstly I just want to say that I am so pleased that I had the chance to shoot with Sam, not just because he is a highly creative photographer, but because he has a relaxed and fun attitude towards his photography. His pre-shoot communications were good, we planned out a few ideas but also decided to allow for some spontaneity, so that we could do some ideas depending on what clothing and kit I brought with me. During the shoot we started off shooting out in the woods, for me the concepts were very unusual they involved me posing very differently to how I normally would pose but Sam enthusiasm and direction skills made it very easy for me. For one of the ideas, we stuffed my underwear full of practically anything we could find in the woods- leaves, flowers, sticks etc! Ooh and we also finished off the shoot in the bath for an Ophelia inspired set which I really enjoyed creating, it was a nice way to end the shoot. Aside from this I found Sam to be an intelligent, insightful person with a very open mind, he is generous and thoughtful. He is definitely somebody who I would happily work with again, in fact I will look forward to the next time. I highly recommend Sam to everyone without any reservations!
