Apologies it has taken me some time to leave this reference but it is most definitely needed!

Malcolm booked onto my last minute Christmas group shoot at PGD and it was so lovely to work with him ♥ he was very pleasant in both his pre shoot and on shoot communications. Very respectful of levels, and took the theme for the night and ran with it!

Very much looking forward to having him on my Headdress Heaven group shoot next month!

Had a lovely first shoot with Malcolm today at my home "studio". Pre-comms were great and shoot plans were well organised so we knew exactly what we were doing.

Malcolm brung all his own equipment and was very professional, he was very friendly and chatty which are qualities that I like.

We spent 2 hours shooting which was lots of fun! It would be nice to work longer with Malcolm if we work together again! And we were also limited for space because my home studio is cosy so it would also be nice to try a different location so that we can try some more inventive poses! Malcolm also has an eye for detail which is very impressive.

I would definitely recommend Malcolm to anyone.

Studio Luminescence

We were more than happy to welcome back Malcolm again to the studio. This time Malcolm joined us for the floral inspired Luminescence Flower Show with Elle Baldwinson.

As always, Malcolm was fabulous! He is a kind and engaging personality and consistently works well with other attendees on every occasion he has shot with us. He has grown his photography skills since his first visit and its been lovely to see and be apart of Malcolm's photography journey.

We happily recommend working with Malcolm to all.

Had my first shoot today with Malcolm and will certainly not be the last. Pre shoot communication was great. Malcolm picked me up and dropped me off and got me a coffee too which was very much appreciated. He is such a friendly man. We chatted away for the duration of the shoot and time flew by. I’m confident the images will turn out amazing.

Highly recommended.

Studio Luminescence

Malcolm decided to come and visit us again! (we must be doing something right!)... this time he attended a workshop at the studio, a lighting workshop with Katey Model.

It was a little different to his previous engagement with us but Malcolm was just a lovely and professional!...

He worked well with the other attendees, polite and respectful along with having a giggle now and again! :)...

We worked through a few of Olympus's quirks to get him set up with the studio and away he went, interacting fabulously with the model and making sure he got the best images he could!...

He got some fabulous results on the day and we would certainly recommend Malcolm to other studios, event organisers and of course models also.

I had a fantastic 1-2-1 with Malcolm after we had worked together several times in group shoots. The pre-communication was spot on and his mood board was very easy to follow and work with!

The shoot flowed absolutely great, Malcolm knew exactly what he wanted from each set which made it very easy for me. He is very chatty, friendly and full of smiles, I was very comfortable shooting with him from start to finish. I have also had my edits back and I absolutely love them.

I would highly recommend :) and look forward to working together in the future.

Studio Luminescence

We had the pleasure of working with Malcolm for the first time at our night time street shoot event "Newton Style Film Noir."

Malcolm's pre-shoot communications were clear and friendly - we were able to discuss the finer details of the shoot to ensure it was suitable for Malcolm's individual requirements. Payment was made in full upfront prior to the event which was gratefully received.

It was a pleasure to work with Malcolm and provide him an introduction to night time street photography. He was keen to learn and try out different locations in order to make the best of the environmental lighting. He was very respectful of Arabella as the model and interacted well with the other group members.

We would happily recommend working with Malcolm and look forward to welcoming him into our studio soon.

Had a lovely shoot with Malcolm yesterday at my house.

Before the shoot Malcolm sent me a moodboard so I could have an idea of what he would like to shoot and it really helped to prepare the areas where he wanted to focus on. He arrived on time and we hit it off straight away and got chatting. We had previously worked remotely so it was nice to meet face to face. Ruffus, is so easy to get along with, very welcoming and highly respectful and has some brilliant ideas to get the most out of the shoot.

Ruffus attended one of the studio lighting workshops put together by myself and JD tuition.

It was a wonderful four hours and getting to work with Ruffus was lovely. He was always polite and respectful when shooting, and it was great to see him engaging in what was being taught.

I would happily recommend Ruffus to anyone and would definitely work with him again :)

Ruffus came along to a basic studio lighting workshop that Misuzu and I organised, and he was fun to work with, and highly receptive to what we had to show him.

We negotiated some initial issues with camera settings and the necessary changes for working with studio flash units, and he was off and running.

His interactions with Misuzu were careful and respectful, and he soaked up all the ideas on offer - along with shooting some excellent images.

I really hope our paths will cross again, and that we'll be able to really open up the vistas that mains-powered flash units can illuminate.

Had a really great remote shoot with Ruffus. It was his first time doing remote shoots so I talked him through the process and how it all works. He took to it really well and we got some real great shots. I had a really great shoot and I hope we get to work together again in the future be it remote or face to face.
