Where to start?...

It took two years between we first discussed a shoot to finally being in the same place at the same time (the world shutting down didn't help). Was fortunate to be able to book a couple of hours with Roswell Ivory on her day at Neon Dreams Studio.

We worked a flexible open brief working with both of Roswells personas - ivory and Faith. Working from some figure nude through to cyber and neon.

No need to direct someone of Roswells experience, simply discuss ideas and off - great pose after great pose. Quick back of camera reviews to make sure both were happy then a few more shots nails the idea discussed. Then onto the next set.

Great chat between sets allowed for a relaxed fun shoot, spawning ideas for next sets and later shoots.

Obviously highly recommended.

Sincerely hope the we get the opportunity to work together again.

A fourth shoot with this exceptional model. We had talked about doing a studio art nude shoot in the spring of 2018 and due to a variety of problems we have only just managed to shoot. Roswell needs no plaudits from me but suffice it to say she is great company and an extremely accomplished and creative model in so many genres who makes getting great images easy. Sadly she is now winding down her modelling career - she will be greatly missed.

Roswell Ivory very kindly agreed to contribute to my Helmut Newton-inspired “Lockdown Selfie” project. The shoot concept is very simple - two identical poses, one clothed and one nude - but the execution can be challenging and I’m extremely grateful to Roswell Ivory for the time and effort she spent on putting together two images with such wonderful style, poise and pose. Roswell Ivory kindly agreed to let me post-process the images and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results that we’ve created together. Just had a great shoot with Roswell at F8 studio Gloucester during her visit to the West Country.

Wow, Roswell is absolutely brilliant. A very professional, very experienced model who is also very friendly and easy to work with.

She brought a great range of outfits and accessories with her, including the items I'd specifically requested. She is a very talented and creative model and was able to produce a range of different looks for the retro theme I was after, through very skilful styling of her hair.

The 4 hours absolutely flew by and Roswell worked really hard to make sure I got the shots I was looking for.

Definitely very highly recommended.

I had the absolute pleasure to shoot with Roswell as part of her duo session with Evie Sidall.

The theme was classical art/pre-raphaelite and Roswell's style and looks complimented this vibe perfectly.

Rosewell was great to work with posing great as an individual and with the duo shots.

Pre-shoot communication was great and overall her fun and friendly manner made the shoot a joy.

I would highly recommend you shoot with her before she retires as it's an opportunity you won't want to miss

My first shoot with Roswell, working together with Evie Siddal at Evie's flat. We did 7 different changes of outfit/setup over the course of 4 hours.

Roswell didn't need much direction, but also took direction well when needed. She had plenty of outfits and ideas which suited me fine as I like to work collaboratively and somewhat in the moment.

First shoot with Roswell today and what a great spirit she is. I had some particular themes and styles that I wanted to try and create and Roswell got it immediately and came with a magnificent dress which fitted the period look perfectly. She is a real pro model and for some reason is giving it all up. My advice is to book her very quickly...like now

Roswell Ivory had been on my WTWW list for ages, but there was always something getting in the way of my booking in, until now!

Right from the off comms were great! And on the day of the shoot Roswell was ready to go. She is an amazing model, so bubbly and, in her words geeky, away from the camera but the moment she was in front of it she became the professional model everyone knows and loves.

I could not be happier with how the shoot went, and I’m so glad I finally got to work with such an awesome model.

Yesterday I had my first shoot with Roswell and Rogue. To be quite honest, even after being a member of PP for 7 years with many shoots behind me, I felt a little in awe of working with two such successful top-rate models. I needn't have worried because they were both so lovely and easy to work with.

We made some really beautiful pictures together with the start of what I hope to be a series of edgier images to make the viewer think. Although Roswell is planning to stop modelling full-time I hope to get at least one more shoot in the near future on location in South Wales and beyond that, who knows...

If anyone is wondering about working with Roswell, just get on with it - you won't regret it.

Roswell is an extremely professional, and well rounded model who's also go the loveliest personality.

I loved her strive for perfection and delivering on my vision. She brought lots of great selections of lingerie with her, as per my request, and was enthusiastic throughout.

We had a right good natter the whole shoot... so much so that I forgot to put music on (my bad Roswell, sorry!), but there was never a dull moment. It was a short 2 hour shoot, yet we managed to capture about 5 different sets and looks. A great shoot over all. Would happily work with Roswell again, any time. Can't wait to get into the edits!

Roswell is not an axe murderer!

Ok. Important part out of the way. Roswell is an extremely versatile and talented model, able to style herself with anything she has, reusing the same item in multiple ways, and very quickly able to change her complete styling to produce unique looks, able to go from say a modern Viking to high fashion.

I've never worked with a model who's posing is so fluid where all her poses just flow into each other you can just keep shooting and get some amazing work and no need to direct at all.

Other then that Roswell has a great personality and a lover of Dad jokes so the time flew by, ask her for the joke about the coffin!

Highly recommend. the best shoots are always the one where immediately after the shoot you're already about thinking of shooting again, so I am looking forward to that! Lastly as 2020 is her last year make sure you shoot with her before she retires!

Oh crap. Roswell has just left me a reference, apologising for it being a bit late, which made me realise that I hadn't left her one from the same shoot. Sorry Roswell.

What can I say about Roswell that hasn't already been said. This particualr shoot was a fairly long time in the making, having discussed it during our previous shoot together. What we realised was that we both have a love of Iceland and the fantastic landscape and features that abound in the country, and planned a week long visit to make the most of it.

With a really early morning flight, and Roswell being out of the country the day before, she went to amazing lengths to make sure that she could meet us at the airport.

And that really sums up Roswell's attitude towards her shoots. She is happy to go to extraordinary lengths to help you achieve your photographic goals. One of our locations involved a fairly lengthy trek (best part of an hour) from the nearest car park, and involved an early start to try and beat the tourists. The following day was another early start to a different location, again to beat the tourists, and was a fair bit colder, but Roswell was up for the challenge, and we got some amazing shots as a result.

As a lot of our time together didn't involve shooting, either due to poor weather or because we had finished for the day, Roswell was great company which made the week seem all too short before she had to fly back to the UK.

This was an unusual shoot for me, working with the same model over an extended period, but frankly I can't think of anyone else who could have made it work as well as Roswell did, and I would be more than happy to arrange a similar shoot with her in the future.

I had my second shoot with Roswell and the second with her at my home and it's surroundings. Having Roswell over feels like having a friend over, She is very pleasant company to have around and very nice to work with. Done some preparations with outfits and she was okay with it to try them out and model in them. We had very nice weather and she was comfortable to do some shots outside which is quite awesome. She has quite some experience and she is keen to pose again for a better result. I can warmly recommend her as she is such a joy to work with.

I was lucky to shoot with the awesome Roswell a couple of days ago. Roswell came armed with a mass of ideas and an even bigger mass of outfits - not however your typical lingerie etc, these were more post apocalyptic accessories. Off we went to a relatively local ruin.

Roswell is an incredibly creative model, her extensive experience in modelling shows through, and she has a great eye for stying with her gazillion accessories. Her passion for her work is clear. She’s exrtremely easy to work with.

I’m very pleased with the unedited images, and am looking forward to working them up.
