An epic cosplay shoot with Rimosky, at a brand new location to the both of us. He arrived on time, is great fun to work with and we had lots of fun using smoke pellets

He was professional, chatty and we got on really well, we were even blessed with warm weather on the day!

Shot with rimфsky° early this morning after applying for a last minute casting yesterday and I'm so glad I did!

Pre-shoot coms were to the point given the timeframe but I felt comfortable and clear about the where/when we were shooting. Actually ran into them on the way to the location with perfect timing! Rimфsky° was really friendly and easy to get along with while shooting, planning where we were going etc. I'm so impressed the amount we managed to shoot in a few hours!

I found their manner on shoot perfect to bounce of and they both gave great direction and were happy for me to pose 'with the flow'. We shot a range of different things, but some of the shots required real precision with the light and both seeing some of the edits already and the back of the camera I cannot praise rimфsky's talent and eye for creativity enough.

All in all a fantastic shoot, would recommend them highly, and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Today, me and Alan finally had the chance to work together! They are a talented and versatile photographer, easy to get along with and an excellent communicator. We got a good number of sets done and I love the images that I have seen. Highly recommended!

First time ever shooting with Alan! It was fun! Was on time, very polite and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Unfortunately we only got an hour to shoo today (my schedule) but we got som incredible images!

Alan is a lovely man. He booked on my event at Wortley Top Forge and I am so pleased he did. His pre comms were really good, he arrived on time and was friendly throughout our shoot together. During the shoot we shot different ideas using different lighting setups. He came fully prepared with all sorts of lighting, props, outfits and even smoke! I loved how creative he was and he was just a joy to work with. It was great to see the images on his tablet afterwards and I was blown away by them. He is a very talented photographer and I would highly recommend working with him. I hope I get to work with him again. It was also lovely to meet his wife and have a little chat. Thanks to you both!

Had a fab shoot with Alan today , always a laugh and a fun shoot , my 7th time working with them , great photographer and friend .

This time a jilted bride theme , got some cracking images as always , we always get some great images , chatty , relaxed shoot as always .

Even supplied me with a changing room lol 😄😄

Had a great fourth shoot today with Alan. We generally have a idea of what we are going to shoot then show up, have a play and work some magic which works when you are on the same wavelength and it certainly did today! Really wanted to shoot in the snow and we managed to get lucky this time with finding some not too far away and everything fell into place perfectly. Really looking forward to working together again :)

I spotted Alan's work here on PP just over 2 years ago, and we have been in contact off and on since then. I loved the fact that he was producing very different images - creative, and unusual. His style caught my eye! Living so far away, it has been tricky to arrange anything. Finally the opportunity arose - after I put out a casting call for my trip up to South Uist. Both Alan and Suzy were looking to go on holiday in Scotland around that time, so it was a very fortuitous turn of events. I'm so very pleased that I got the opportunity to meet and work with Alan - both he and his lovely wife are two of the sweetest and most kindest people you'll ever meet - generous, warm-hearted, open, so easy to get along with and to spend time with.

We had a rough idea of what we were going to do - but mainly it was just to go with the flow and see what happened. Being in the Outer Hebrides meant that we were very much at the mercy of the weather. I was pleased to know that Alan had a nice relaxed attitude towards shooting, and I felt under no pressure or expectations. Indeed I felt at ease with Alan and Suzy, as soon as I met them. I took them to a an area that had good variety for shooting in, and as soon as we started I felt happy and liberated - free to improvise, play around, and just be myself. I had every bit of confidence in Alan that he would capture everything so well, and I was not mistaken. There were moments where I felt he caught my emotional fragility so well. Others where we worked with the strong gusty winds to create images with such dynamic movement and narrative. It was great fun! I could barely stand sometimes, the wind was so strong. And behind me and all around, the beautiful backdrop of my beloved Hebridean islands. I'm so happy to have created some magic with these two amazing people!

I can absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Alan - if you are thinking of working with him, you really must go and do so!

Whst can I say , my 6th shoot with this duo , great to see them and work with them as always , we got some fab images in the couple hour we had , I love working with Alan and Suzy they are great , and a laugh .

We always get something different and have shoot 7 in planning wen weather gets icy

We work well together and would reccomend to anyone ,

Work with these if u get the chance cos you won't be dissapointed

Yesterday I spent the day working with Alan on a shoot in Hessle. It was fun to walk around the foreshore to see what can work for his shoot and his ideas were brilliant. The sun was shinning throughout the day and he gave me great direction throughout the shoot. He's been a great photographer to work with and I'm looking forward to working with him again soon.

I really enjoyed my shoot with Alan. He's super easy going and we got on well. He's got fantastic ideas and really knows what he's doing behind the camera. He can give direction if needed and can look at any location and see potential. Alan really understands how to use light and set a scene. Its been far to long since I last shot with Alan. Like always he funny, professional and just a great guy to work with, he battled the scorching heat with me so we could get some amazing images and then edited them while we had a cuppa. Would highly recommend and plan to work with him again.
