I am a keen hobbyist, based close to Salisbury and Andover, who mainly shoots environmental scenes but also enjoys street photography. I shoot digitally in colour (including medium format)) but have always been drawn towards the black and white, silver-based image taken using a medium or large format film camera. I produce silver-gelatine prints in my own darkroom. I have am retired from a full time career in chemistry and can now devote more time to photography, alongside my other interests in travel, cycling and listening to classical music.
