I had a great first shoot with Richard - we were shooting headshots and portraits trying his new light set up and we got some great shots! He was really organised and made me feel very welcome. He has a great eye and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional headshots. I had a great first shoot with Richard! I was a little late due to bad traffic and weather but Richard was very understanding which put me at ease and I quickly relaxed into the shoot. We did mainly portraits which, from what I’ve seen so far look great! And we finished off with some full body, lingerie and implied shots. I can’t wait to see some of the images! Would love to work with Richard again and highly recommend him! Thank you Richard! 😊😊😊

Another great shoot with Richard, shooting headshots in his studio and trying different lighting set ups. Really friendly and lovely to work with, and produced some lovely images. He directed well when needed, but also gave me plenty of space to do my thing. Can't wait to see the final images!

I would definitely recommend, and I would be keen to shoot again with him!

Big Shot Studio

This is the first time I met Richard when he attended the studio to shoot with Rebecca Tun on her studio day.

I found Richard to be a really lovely guy who is obviously passionate about his photography. He was respectful of the studio environment and totally professional with the model. He managed to get some lovely shots too.

I would have no hesitation recommending Richard to other studios and models he is a great guy.

This was my first shoot with Richard. He had specific ideas for styling so I was able to come prepared. When I met Richard he was very friendly and easy to talk to. I learned quite a few photography and modelling tips from him. I enjoyed our shoot and am really with what we achieved together at Big Shot Studio. Had an amazing shoot with Richard Frewin at his Studio in Ely.

Communication and planning was great and I knew exactly what to bring along.

On the day of shooting Richard was really good at setting up and testing lighting. When we were all ready to shoot Richard was very good at directing especially when it comes to the specifics of portraits. It’s really good to work with a photographer who knows exactly what he wants.

Richard also shoots tethered to a laptop so you can see the results instantly. This was really helpful to see what we could improve in the following shots and really fined tuned our results to what we were after.

More than recommended!

We had such a good laugh and it was a shame the shoot flew by so quick! Loved it! Got some awesomeeee portraits and headshots!
